Update 6/12/21 - Noticing a pattern at this place. Whoever owns this location better fix it or these reviews will turn more and more away. Drive Thru and trying to get delivery to pick up after 9:30pm they just close. Do they not read their own hours of operation? And also probably still on the clock while not serving customers. Always out of potatoes. Seriously, do your job. Those of us that do our jobs and sometimes have those days of stress, well, that's why you got a team to help you. If you don't like it, leave. You're in customer service. Serve your customers as your job description describes. I was given an order for someone else who had been waiting 10 mins after ordering for his order. Then his order was messed up again. Then mine wasn't correct, missing an item. Did a super quick check, saw a burger, then got home and found out the one burger that's a popular item is completely wrong. And only 3 people working, long drive-thru wait. I think they should be staffed more at night. Disappointed. Maybe its night shift. Day shift has always been prompt and accurate.
Edited 1/8/19 - Read the orders. Quit walking around doing nothing or talking to others about nothing when you have lines in drive thru and inside and do your job. You shorted me food but I'm too angry and overwhelmed from work to go back and say what was wrong. Seriously. Get your act together and learn from other franchises that keep business way more. Read moreThe guy in drive thru has horrible customer service,. I asked for a large drink on a kids meal and they totally declined to do so. Apparently it's not allowed and they will get in trouble. After arguing back and forth for a couple seconds I say fine just give me a ref size. Then I get to the window and pay with change cuz I have a ton. And the guy same one says wow! Sarcastically. So I over pay to see if they will count it and they don't. it was only 1.00 but "pay attention" rite. Then I get my food thrown out the window and nothing said to me. Slams the window. So I call the store immediately and ask to speak to the manager! SEAN is his name I explain the situation and once again he goes to bat with the guy in drive thru and proceeds to argue. I explain that I have come to this Wendy's before and they have done it for me. I get the response. " I'm sorry I'm not them. And we can't do that" so I ask for his gm and for his area supervisor he gladly gives me the names and then proceeds to ask me is there anything else I can do for you. I replied yes you can let your employees know that they need to work on their customer service. The entire time he was talking you could almpst hear the smirk on his face. He replies anything else. I say ok no thanks he replies ok have a good day laughing and say oh yeah sorry.

We’re in the drive through to pick up a door dash order with a line of about 25 cars and they refuse to give us the order unless we continue to wait in line then park and go inside to get the food. Here’s the thing, there’s this thing called COVID going on and Wendy’s requires all dashers to go through the drive through up until tonight. Rather than be considerate and update Door-dash with these instructions, they wait until we were ready to place the order to communicate this to us. They literally had the customers food in their hand and REFUSED to hand it to us even after I told them I’m disabled and again, prefer to limit contact. Then the CS Rep yelled, and I do mean YELLED “ALL DASHERS MUST COME IN”. So while THEIR customers food sits and gets cold, they continue to be extremely rude. To any door-dashers out there, you should decline any orders from this location since we’re subhuman to them and they could care less about their paying customers once they’ve gotten their money
I understand pre COVID wanting us to not use the drive through but is there a particular reason why we have no right to our own safety and try to avoid public places just like your “real customers “?
