Dunkin' — Restaurant in Westmont

Ive always liked going to this location in the past because of the nice latina girl that remembered my order as a regular, but now it seems she’s gone. Still, the wait was usually 10 minutes which is fine because I’d leave my house 20 minutes early to get to work on time. Today, and the last few times, I have had to wait much longer. Today’s wait time was 30, and I was late to work by 10 minutes. The problem? Understaffing, and constant new people working there, but the biggest problem I find is that these new workers are alone! One person taking numerous orders at a time is surely a very stressful position to be in, and I can’t blame them for quitting so fast. How I think this business and others like it should be run is with 2 people working at one time, even if that second one happens to be the manager. Besides that, my order was made wrong after 30 minutes. I’ll be going to the drive thru down the street while they figure it out...

I ordered 2 XL hot coffee, one with a "little" ice and a pancake bacon wrap. My coffee was cold, I had ask to put more hot coffee in my drink. She forgot my pancake wrap. When I asked for syrup the older female said that there wasn't any. I said, ok I would like a refund. She said, I can't do that. Come back when there's a manager. I told it would be nice to let people know that you don't have syrup for your pancake wrap. She said, what can I say I didn't take the order. Just come back tomorrow and talk to the manager for a refund. When I went to the car to take out the wrap... it was wrapped in a napkin and stuck on the pancake. This has to be the worst experience I've had with them and I go there daily. I just won't return to this location.

Great coffee as alway But-DD running an iced Coffee special for $1.50 between 2 and 4 p.m. I arrived at 1:54 p.m. today and guy made me wait 6 minutes or would charge me $2 more. I waited 6 minutes-- but hence the 2 stars. .Better watch it...Starbuck's more $$ but super great taste and customer service. Ditto Peets. And Stan's just opened up on Butterfield and Midwest. Customer service is all.

2022 update: I still love Dunkin' but don't patronize the Ogden Ave Westmont location. Plenty of friendlier DDs around. Peets no longer in the neighborhood and I passed on Stan's long ago...way overpriced for way underwhelming coffee and pastry.
