Totally got ignored and instead of answering my question I got the credit card machine push at me instead, embarrassing me. I would give this a 1 rating if I wasnt here before and had 5 star experiences. So I put it at the halfway mark. If you advertise something and it doesn't have restrictions dont tell it won't show on my receipt online, then I go to the store and not only do I not get the discount I cant even get a reason why. You shot my anxiety through the rough when I come to your store for the exact opposite. You should value your customers questions more than their money. At least dont make it so obvious. Now I can try and go de-stress. Really horrible...

I’m a regular at the Westmont Starbucks and always have great experiences with the team here, but one moment really stood out recently.
