Wingstop — Restaurant in Westmont

I ordered at 4pm yesterday the 30 wing pack for my family and I and was told the order was completed at just about 5:15. Arrived to the store and waiting 10 minutes for someone to assist me, waited another 10-15 for someone to check my order. Was told after waiting approximately 30 minutes in the store at this point, that my order would take another hours, making it almost 7:15 before it would be completed. I understand that they were very busy and it was the Super Bowl, but I’ve worked in food service before for many years and never had to wait this long for an order to be completed. They should never have taken my order and didn’t even refund or offer anything to me. Supposedly I will see a refund come to my account in 3-5 business days…but doubtful that will actually happen. So extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the service. Loved Wingstop before this but after this will not be coming back, and neither should anyone else if they want quality or even decent service, again coming from someone who has a lot of experience with food service at multiple different places, so that should tell...

This review is specifically for the Wing Stop location on Ogden Ave in Westmont, IL. I normally love Wing Stop, but unfortunately, not this time. This was the first and last time that I went to this particular location for take out. My wings looked and tasted as though they had been cooked earlier and then recooked. I couldn't finish my meal! My original intention was to just call to speak with the manager as we live a little distance, so I wasn't looking for a replacement. When I called and asked for the manager, I was placed on hold for almost ten minutes. Then someone returned to say that they would call back. When I received a call back, I was asked the issue as there was not a manager available. I will just go to another location...
