Me and my coworkers usually order from here multiple times throughout the week however, today I had the worst experience and will not be ordering from here again. I placed an order that said it would be delivered at 11:30 with specific delivery instructions so the driver did not get confused. Around 11 I get a call that blt couldn’t be made due to them being out of bacon so I changed my order and allowed more time for the order to be delivered. I got a notification that the order was complete a couple minutes later. However, I still did not have my order. So I gave them a call and they said that the delivery turns to complete after they assign a driver but assured me my order was on its way. About an hour passed and I gave them another call regarding the whereabouts of my order. The employee stated that the delivery guy left at 11:31 and she had no clue what was taking him so long but said he was a very “slow” driver at this time it is 12:46. I said no problem I just wanted to make sure it is actually on its way and again the women assured me that I would be receiving my order. 1:26 came still no signs of my order so I gave them another phone call this time the women tells me the driver dropped it off however, he did not. my place of employment has multiple of doors but they are clearly labeled and I gave specific instructions and the specific door is labeled in the address but I went around to the other door he could’ve possible went to and it was not there and they said no one had came by with any food. The women then says you can speak yo my GM so I spoke to this women and she states “ my delivery driver said he delivered it to the exact location and I am going to take his word for it, you’re sandwich has been delivered and you have your order” I was completely taken back with this statement since I am the customer who still never received my order that I had been waiting for since 11:30. The GM of this handled this situation very unprofessionally with no customer service and no regards for the customer who never received their meal after hours of waiting for it. I went a whole shift waiting on my food to be delivered. I did not care how long the food took I just want to have lunch. Read moreOrdered a delivery today @ 11:25am. 1 hour later, I have not received my food. I called the store and was put on hold for so long, the call got dropped. I continued to call back until I was able to speak to someone and ask where my food was. I was told they're short staffed, which is understandable. However, a courtesy call to inform me of the wait would've been nice. When I asked to speak to the manager, the person I was speaking to lowered the phone from his ear and called to CJ (the manager). He told him I was being aggressive (which I was not), to which CJ told him to void the order and hang up. He promptly did just that. Subsequent calls back were repeatedly answered and hung up until FINALLY CJ answered. When I asked if he was the person that instructed his employee to hang up on me he said "I am, and as a matter of fact, I'm going to hang up on you again right now because I'm in the middle of the lunch rush. Call back after 2" and he himself hung up on me. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I WILL NOT BE BACK!
update: I called back after 2 and spoke to CJ. I offered him the opportunity to make reparations for the was I was treated. All I expected was an apology. What I got was a laundry list of excuses for his behavior. A simple "I'm sorry sir" would've sufficed. I also learned that the person I originally spoke to (at least according to CJ) is named Nick and he IS a manager as well. I'm not sure why he didn't identify himself as a manager when I asked to speak to one, but again, that's all it would've taken! Read moreTheir slogan is freaky fast they should rename it freaky slow I waited literally an hour and 10 minutes for a sandwich and I had to call in to get them to bring it to me a second time and then I complain to the manager he said he would put a $10 credit on my account I called in a week later to use the credit no notation or anything was on my account and the person I placed the order with obviously knew the situation he honored the $10 even though there wasn’t a notation and now I have been waiting another 45 minutes for a sandwich I called in at the 35 minute mark to ask where my sandwich was because I live literally three minutes on the same road from the restaurant the sandwich hadn’t even been made nonetheless left the shop yet the guy on the phone said he would personally bring it to me within five minutes because I look so close and it has now been another 15 minutes nonetheless they will not be receiving any more of my business I regularly use Jimmy John’s and it will be sad to lose the one by my house but this is consistently terrible service.
