We had high hopes. They were crushed. We waited over an hour for one bagel while we watched the owner’s family of over 10 people order after us and get their food minutes later. The family consisting of 6 children crawling across the floor and running around the crowded room. Then, we got our bagel and it was the wrong bagel, without the toppings the menu said, and it looked like this. All the while, we watched them bring out premade bagels from a bag and trays of premade eggs. For $10. Not good. Don’t recommend. Bagel makers looked like they hated their lives. The drinks were the only good thing about our experience. They actually came out in a timely manner and were correct. Atmosphere would have been better if there were about 10 less children. There were multiple customers that walked in, saw the line and people waiting, and walked out. Might be a better experience if you’re related to the owners.

Read moreOnce I discovered there was a new coffee/bagel shop on my way to work, naturally I was going to stop there as soon as possible.
Located in the plaza next to Circle K and Perfectionals Barbershop, there was plenty of parking to choose from this early in the morning.
The shop was decorated nicely with a lot of seating, including two reading nooks in each window.
I ordered a large coffee with cream and a very berry bagel with cream cheese. I then sat for about 5 to 7 minutes awaiting my order as there were two people ahead of me. My bagel was ready first and they made a fresh pot of coffee for me!
I only spent about $9 with my tip included.
The coffee is solid. I'm a simple guy but they had a vast array of other drink and breakfast options. I'm looking forward to trying more in the future.
It's great to have another local coffee option besides Coffee Tree Roasters along the main drive...
Read moreFirst time trying Bishop’s. My wife and I were 1 of 4 customers in there. I ordered a Classic B.E.C. and asked for the bagel to be toasted and extra egg. My bagel was not toasted, the cheese was not melted, and there was no extra egg. The egg was maybe 1/4 of an inch thick and was clearly just heated up on a tray in the microwave, very poor quality.
The atmosphere matched the food. No music, mixed warm and led lights, sporadic art on the walls, and was just not an environment I think anyone would enjoy sitting in.
To top it off, it was $35 for 2 bagels and 2 small lattes. I will never be going back after this...
