I worked with Carly, the store Manager, to order some T-Shirts for my husband's band, Jabberwocky. It was a large and complex order, 5 different colors of shirts in a myriad of sizes, totaling 100 shirts. We changed our minds a million times, and Carly was always willing to update our quote in a timely manner so that we were able to come to a decision (there are 8 people in the band so getting anything decided is quite difficult) We needed the shirts before an even this evening, and she and the staff at underground were very flexible and timely, and we actually got them a day early! We did a LOT of checking around the tri state area, and all around WV... bottom line was that Underground printing offered the best price, the best turnaround time, and fantastic customer service. My family has a huge reunion every year and we always get shirts, this year (the 43rd annual) is the second year in a row we have used this business for our shirt order and worked with Anna. Amazing experience! Anna was incredibly helpful and hands-on throughout the entire process, helping to pick the best apparel options/colors to go with our design choice. Marissa and Anna are seriously the best! I’ve ordered from Underground for both work and personal stuff, and every time it’s been such a smooth experience. Their website is super easy to use — even if you’ve never made graphics before, it kind of walks you through everything so you really can’t mess it up.

What I love most, though, is how awesome Anna and Marissa are. They’re so quick to respond, super friendly, and always make the whole process easy. They’ve even let me come into the shop to touch and see different fabrics in person, which honestly just shows how much they care about helping you get exactly what you want.
