Let me just say that I love Cava. I love the concept, I love the food and I love their spicy lamb meatballs. I don't even like lamb, but I love theirs. But, but, but. When I lived in NYC there were 1 too many times where I questioned if the spicy lamb meatballs were raw. I stopped ordering them in NYC because it happened over and over again. Recently, I started coming here and got a little sloppy and forgetful from my NYC days. I have ordered the spicy lamb meatballs at least twice and they were fine. Today, I was so hungry, I couldn't wait to eat them. This time they put a lot of sauce on the salad so I couldn't see the actual meatball.. I took a big bite and the entire thing was mush - let me clarify. . . RAW! How they didn't notice this I will never know. I spit it out. Then I inspected the rest and threw it out. I thought I could salvage the other half of the salad, but I noticed that the arugula was all decayed. You know what I'm talking about - when something has been sitting around and wilted/decayed by bacteria. You don't eat that stuff and you certainly don't serve that kind of stuff. I'm posting this because I think Cava truly has a problem and either they are blind to it or they are clueless, but in either case, food hygiene is critically important. It honestly doesn't matter how good your recipes are, if people can't eat them, then you've got a problem. I hope I don't get food poisoning from this. I think my Cava days are numbered because I really don't trust...

I love this place the customer service was amazing. I was offered a sample when I didn't know if I wanted that particular meat the dining room was very well kept the drinks were full they also did have a fountain option I love the recommendations from the drinks and like I said my protein I will say that it is more expensive than the average bowl restaurant I paid $22 and some change for One bowl some pita bread and a beverage for me it was reasonable due to the quality of the food but for others you might not understand LOL I definitely will be back and I did download the app I wish it was brought to my attention that I could download the app but I will be using it on my next visit I love the fresh options of the toppings towards the end and the blueberry lavender and lemonade mix for the beverage was a recommendation and it will be my only selection when I go back 10 out of 10 I recommend. There was parking available and it's right across the street from a grocery store on the main Street I definitely recommend going to support this business you will not be disappointed if you care about...
