Planet Pizza — Restaurant in Westport

Placed a delivery order on “wing Wednesday” for .59 cent wings and a grinder and calzone. Spoke to a rude high pitch voiced woman, she gave me the total which was $10 over what it should have been. I called back immediately and spoke to the same woman who claimed I never told her I wanted the wing promotion price (?) which I did, and that they discontinued it anyways unless you ask for it(?). I asked her to cancel the wings because that was ridiculous, she immediately said “you got it” and hung up on me. That’s not how you treat a paying customer, so I immediately called back to cancel the entire order instead. Turns out she already cancelled the entire order because she said I told her to. Then she hangs up on me again. I clearly said to cancel the wings only, this woman needs to pay attention and learn some respect. There’s about 10 other pizza places within 5 miles of me and I will NEVER give planet pizza my business again. It’s a shame this horrible employee is working in such a (normally) nice restaurant. Good bye...

Food is usually pretty good. VERY inconsistent. BUT DELIVERY.... I would say 4 out of 5 times they are missing something in the order. And the last 2 times the promo code online DOES NOT WORK. ALL other Delivery Services brings the food to the door.. This place is ALWAYS having its driver call me having us come out to the road to pick up our stuff and YET I continue to offer the traditional tip AHEAD of time. For WHAT?? LUCKILY.... this is my last order from them FOREVER as we are moving in 2 days. BUT I have a plethora of clients here and after all of these years of TERRIBLE service... I am no longer a r resident and will more than happy to share with all of them as there are other options in Westport including a brand new establishment which we will be trying tomorrow. You know PLANET PIZZA... it would be a lot different if you compensated for your negligence in lieu of making us wait EACH AND EVERY TIME for your drivers to return with our items 30-40 minutes AFTER we are...

Planet Pizza Westport is excellent and far surpasses most all of the other Planet Pizzas including Norwalk, and other owned family pizza establishments! I love their Margarita pizza!! Chef Omar uses the freshest ingredients; hot house tomatoes, fresh garlic, home grown basil and homemade Italian mozzarella over his impeccably made pie, perfectly thin with a nice crunchy bite to the crust! All of the staff from Yoletl, who takes many of the orders without a mistake to William, one of their most lovely and prompt delivery people make this experience truly enjoyable. Every pizza always is delivered in a timely manner and piping hot! It’s great to know there’s a fantastic restaurant open late for delivery, to top it off, to either visit or enjoy their food at home. I want to share this find with my friends here in Connecticut.
