I ordered 3 meals through the drive thru on Thursday July 10. 1 box combo & 2 caniac combos. (It took about 20 minutes to finally get to the front but that’s expected because they just opened.) I was paying cash so I had to move up to the window since the people taking orders had iPads and couldn’t take the cash there. I get to the window to pay and get my food and there is one worker on the inside handing the orders to 2 workers outside that then give it to the customer. The worker inside the window is passing my order to her co worker outside the window and says “Don’t give it to her yet because she hasn’t paid and she’s gonna drive off” she didn’t think I heard her but I did so I looked at her and said “Why would I drive off without paying?” She was shocked that I heard her and had nothing to say. I paid, got my order and drove home. When I got home, I see that all 3 meals only have 4 tenders (the caniac meal comes with 6 tenders) at this point I’m really upset. I understand mistakes happen, they were super busy but what is making me write this negative review is that 1. my order wasn’t complete. 2. The rude and unprofessional comments at the window were unacceptable especially for just opening when customer service should be above and beyond. I called the restaurant and explained both of my issues. One of the managers told me to come back and he would issue a cash refund and remake my food, which was a good resolution to the issue of my incomplete order, however it was so inconvenient to have to drive back 20 minutes, wait for my refund and new order and drive 20 minutes back home. This location is very new, I believe just a few weeks. The customer service all around shouldn’t be what I experienced. For that experience being my first experience with them I’m not sure I would go back. I really hope the staff gets retrained on customer service and I hope the young lady who made that rude comment at the window doesn’t repeat that to any other customers. Got there and it wasn't too busy so not much of a wait.Ordered my food at drive thru and once I had gotten to the window, lady gave me my food but forgot mh cup of sauce. I let her know I had ordered it and she said she'd be right back. Now, if I hadn't paid for it I would've just drove off, not a big deal, but I did so I'm going to get it. Once she left my car she goes back to the window and began giving other people their orders from behind me. So now I was just holding up the line and I felt bad. Another lady come to me and asks me to move forward. And there was a big tent so I asked "under the tent" and she said yes. So I waited there. Another 2 minutes go by and she came back to me again and asked me to go up the front door. I'm like umm okay over a cup of sauce?Doesn't reply to me and walks back to the window to help others. Now at this point I'm waiting like 5 minutes and she asked me to park up front of the store. Like what? I let her know I'm getting frustrated and that it shouldn't take so long for it. I understand it's opening day and they're busy 100% but it's seriously not that hard. Eventually maybe 3 minutes went by after and a nice gentleman came and brought it up to me. He apologized which was nice but again I lotersilt waited for 10 minutes for a damn cup. Wasn't happy about it. I made a mobile order online received a confirmation email and number, the money was taken out of my bank account and when we get there my daughter goes in for her order and they said it's going to be a few more minutes. A few minutes turned into 20 she asked a young lady in the front about the order she told her she's not sure what's going on and kept doing what she was doing once it was about 30 minutes of her waiting I went inside waited another 10 minutes ask an employee they said they didn't see my order they would get a manger and remake my food.. I talked to the manger myself she started looking for my order then went missing. Came back like 15 minutes and said oh what's the name for the order ? At this point I was so overwhelmed I was there for about an hour and still no food and they couldn't find my order.
