The staff really tried to make up for it but the concept of friendlys has been destroyed. You go in, order like any run of the mill fast food place, they hand you a cup to fill your drink, and you seat yourself. You eat off of disposable dishes. You get your own condiments, napkins, and cutlery. They do bring your food out to you matches by the plastic number they give at the register. You prepay for food so if you want dessert you either need to get in line again or go to the front to tell them you want your icecream now. We wont even discuss the reduced menu. Best game found at GameStop that they have in arcades. Cruiz' N' Blast for the Nintendo Switch. A game I have been looking for over a year, wasting time driving everywhere, such as pawn shops. They ordered it for me, and although it wasn't the original cover that came with the game, I was happy, and spent more $$ looking for it, than it cost ! Happy with that whole location. I had purchased significant amount of merchandise, but when it came time to pay at checkout, was informed there are no bags, not even option to purchase reusable bags! Due to large quantity of items, plus having no one with me to assist, I requested deep discount because of virtual impossibility of loading everything into car unsecured! I told manager that had I known of bag issue, would've brought own bags! Needless to say he was very uncooperative, said I'm not entitled to any discount!
