Eh, never like starting out with low stars, but this is the best I can give. I know this is a popular places/chain. I've been here several times in the past with the same enthusiasm. I don't know how much of this is true, for here and other establishment I visit, that are basic Sysco storefronts. I don't want to get into a rant about that, but I think it effects how I view things. Now about the food itself, I like fish & chips and have been on a kick, trying them at a number of places. This order fell short to me. The fish itself was tough, overcooked. Flavor wise was fine and i'm sure will taste the same no matter what store you visit. My past go to meal, in previous visits, use to be the Bison burger. I'm a big fan of bison. But in discovering the Sysco aspect of this perfect looking burger, I found it wasn't as good as fresh bison. While i'm sure the food, and particularly the drinks, here are limited l liked very much by most, i find it to be good enough. This is just my opinion and should really not mean much to you, whether I like or dislike something somewhere. I just feel if I have to spend good money I want to really like what i'm giving it up for....

I recently had an unpleasant experience at Wood n Tap, which is usually one of my favorite restaurants for a quick bite. The chicken wrap I ordered was unfortunately completely uncooked, and I unknowingly consumed half of it before realizing the issue. This incident left me feeling quite unwell. The manager was very apologetic and understanding, but I couldn't help but wonder about the qualifications required to be a chef at this establishment. Such an oversight should never have occurred, and it is concerning that uncooked food was served to a customer. As a valued customer, I kindly request that the restaurant take extra care to ensure that all meals are thoroughly cooked before being served. This is essential for the health and safety of your patrons.
