Update 2022/2023 - the service is so bad most of the time. The wait is ironic when they have multiple employees walking around and chatting with one another and leaning on equipment, walls, and countertops, while we sit at the drive up window. Food is cold and doesn't tasted fresh. Buns are soggy from sauce or condiments sitting on them for however long before being packed up. The lettuce is soggy and not crunchy or fresh. And if it is crunchy its the white stem ends , not green leaf. The fries are never hot or filled no matter what size. Soda taste watered down, like the syrup is gone and they don't change out the barrel or tap for new batch. I honestly don't know why we keep giving this location another chance or try when most of the time it's a bad experience. Management needs to watch the cameras and retrain and or hire new employees.
Update 6/2/21- we wanted to try the new hand breaded chicken sandwich. Asked for the deluxe not spicy, and the woman at the late night drive-thru was pushy and very assertive the deluxe only comes with the SPICY hand breaded sandwich. Unfortunately for her, on her menu #9 is a deluxe hand breaded chicken meal, and it's not spicy. Uh okay. So why was she convinced deluxe is only spicy? Confused
It's a hit it miss at this store. Recently (2018) it's been very good! And the staff has been polite. Some staff before a few times, weren't happy nor professional, and we ended up just pulling away , not ordering and started going to another store to get our BK. Eventually after a good while we decided to give this one another try, we got Jr. Whopper meals lastnight and they were sooo good, I had to take a picture! Please keep up the great...
Read moreI've come to this burger king numerous times because its only 3 mins from my house.... everytime the experience just gets worse and worse... I placed an online order for pickup knowing the drive thru has a long wait for even 1 car sometimes, I order the 22$ family bundle (2 whoppers, 2 OCS and 2 8 piece nugget), one of the whoppers was supposed to have bacon and cheese (cost extra obviously) and other with lettuce cheese and ketchup.... I sent my boyfriend to pick up the food and it took about 40 MINUTES of drive thru time just to get the food with just 1 car in front of them... when they got back I had been starving at this point, I opened my burger and it only had ketchup and lettuce confused because the paper said bbq and bacon with cheese and no lettuce.... i looked at my boyfriend and asked if he had my sandwhich which he didnt he had the lettuce ketchup and cheese, I was disappointed cause I had paid extra and was starving at this point and did not get what I order. I called and the woman I spoke to seemed sweet and had offered to remake my order, concered it would take another 40 mins, I had explained that I didn't want to wait another 40 minutes and she had reassured me that my food would be ready in 10 minutes. I sent my boyfriend back to pick up the food and 40 mins later still sitting in the drive thru waiting for my food after being promised it wouldn't take that long.... this burger king is probably the worst I have been too, such a shame used to be so much better. Read moreI got to give 3 stars due to the ice cream machine being broken, which seems to be broken at every single Burger King I go to. That wouldn't be too bad except for I'm always doing mobile orders for the drive-thru and when you get the window they can't just give you a quick return on your cash instead you're forced to get something different which I really didn't want in the first place but now I'm stuck with it because I have to get something. The only other place that refunded my money on the spot due to the fact of them not having it was Wendy's. The other problem with their app that I had is if it messes up and charges you twice which has happened to me or if you don't want to get something you don't want in exchange for something else you have to submit something through the app which they almost wanted me to write an essay. I'm no English major I'm an electrician so if you need me to wire something up for a refund I will but you want me to write an essay about it I just eat the cost so they could do more on the spot refunds as opposed to having them go through the app to refund my money.
