It is currently 8:57pm, and my daughter is an inpatient at the pedi department at South Shore Hospital. We are all very hungry, so I decided to order her favorite. Unfortunately since I am not from the area, I do not know the exact location of the hospital. The male evening Manager “Shemar” was very rude. Stated word from word “Well i do not know your location, so you have to look it up”. I understood and asked for a second, and provided him with the address. I proceeded to provide him with my order. Only ordered TWO items, and he made it a point to ask me “anything else” while sighing after I ordered those two items. When he asked me for my card information, I gave it to him. Since I asked for specific items on the menu, I kindly asked him to repeat the order. Once again when he sighed, and repeated the order with a rude tone. When I had finally had enough of the way I was being spoken to, I asked to speak to a manager and that’s when he confirmed that he in fact was the manager on the evening shift. I expressed my frustration with the way he was treating me, and he stated “Well there’s three other people trying to order, and you don’t know anything. Not your card information, your address, or what you want to eat”. Honestly the WORST experience from Dominos. I’m HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED in the customer service. Was a mess, I tried to order on Line, but it didn't go through, So when I got there I had to Reorder my pizza and that was Ok, then I wait like 30 minute And they give me a pizza and it was not what I ordered, it was a small one and I ordered a medium and when I looked it It was not a thin pizza and it was not a Hawaiian one, and when I tried to explain, they kind of walked away from me, and I was like can someone help me please because it's wrong, and I Was so upset that I never got my pizza and had to ask for my money back, and please know that I never complained about anything in my life, because I just don't, but this was crazy, And the saddest thing about this was no one seem to even care And please know that doing this is just not me, but I was so upset with this and I am a 59 year old woman, and it sad because I don't know if I will go back Thank you for giving me a chance to explain...
Read moreNormally great, but terrible experience with the afternoon manager. Driver didn’t ring doorbell and didn’t bring sauces (which they charged $4 for on top of the $15 delivery fee and tip). When I called back, manager was rude, defensive and just not helpful. She eventually said she would resend all the food so it doesn’t get cold. Instead she sent back just the sauces. I called back again, and she was rude and helpful again (flipping it back on me) when in reality she just was not listening because of her defensiveness. Was then told I would be refunded and no confirmation of that yet either. So here I am, an hour and a half later, out almost $40 bucks, with cold food a general bad mood because of her attitude. I get mistakes happen, but there is absolutely no reason for a service manager to get defensive, rude and aggressive towards customers instead of owning the mistake and genuinely trying to rectify it.
