Hit or miss… first off lets start by saying this is not real coffee. No matter if its made from beans it is then covered up with what tastes like pounds of sugar and chocolate… i get the same coffee every time, and its made a little differently every time because they dont use actual measurements.. its all blind mixing which will obviously be done differently by every person who makes it. One scoop of sugar one day is like 3 scoops the next because they just randomly scoop it with a spoon. No accuracy. More often then not ill have to throw it away for tasting off and only every now and then will it taste how it should. To solve this problem i got specialty coffee that wouldn’t require sugar only to find the base of the coffee is hit or miss as well. The mixed chocolate based coffee they use for specialty flavors can sometimes be way too sweet with chocolate, and its easy to tell when they put too much because the mocha flavor overpowers everything else. There’s no fixing the sweetness for that, and now every coffee made from it will automatically be too sweet and taste like mocha only, whether its black or not. Only reason i still return is for the large variety of flavors and cheaper prices. But for me its always taking a chance. This is for every...

Read moreI don’t typically go to Mary Lou’s; however a colleague of mine was going and asked if I wanted anything. I ended up calling the store and spoke with Breanna and she was such a big help. She explained the coffees and flavors and also took the order over the phone (which they don’t typically do.) I appreciate it so much and wanted to make sure that Breanna is recognized for her professionalism, kindness, patience and overall outstanding customer service. She was truly so sweet and genuine and I again, appreciated that very much. Thank you Breanna!!! Please be sure to recognize her and her hard work, dedication, and her customer service skills (which again, are quite extensive). Thank you...
