I’ll preface this by saying that I know the employees likely get very tired of people asking information related to the collectors cups and limited edition items. However, I feel like it’s also just part of the territory. I pulled up to the drive through and asked specifically if they had the Hello Kitty Collectors cup. It was the only reason I went. The guy at the speaker said they did, so I was pretty pumped and said great and ordered the 16 dollar collectors meal, happy meal, and McFlurry. Got to the window, the asked us to go wait further down. The woman brought out our food and I noticed the cup was wrapped, I smiled and politely just asked her if it was the Hello Kitty one. I’m not sure if she spoke English, but she rolled her eyes at me and snatched it out of my hand and went back inside. The Manager then came out after a few minutes and rudely told us they don’t look at them and just put them in the bag. I tried to explain to her that the guy at the window indicated I could have a specific cup and that was the reason for the whole purchase. She continued wasting time arguing with us, which for the amount of time it took arguing she could have just brought us the one I was looking for as it was their employees mess up. Instead, she decided to take back our now half eaten order and refunded us for it. We didn’t even get the McFlurry nor was it refunded. I went to a different McDonald’s the next day and the workers easily accessed the one I wanted, so I know it’s possible. These people were just apparently too lazy to put in the effort. This place has been terrible for awhile, poor customer service and the food is rarely right...
Read moreNever had a problem with this location until today. But, I was treated so poorly that I think it warrants one star. I came to pick up a mobile order that a friend had placed, and ordered two sodas on a separate order. I didn’t realize my friend had placed his order as curbside, so they were struggling to find it. I explained this to the girl at the speaker, she told me to pull up. Tried explaining to the girl at the first window, was passed on to the next. Tried AGAIN at the last window (speaking to a manager btw), was passed on to another manager. I had been nice this whole time, but now I was annoyed. I was passed on to a 3rd manager and had the window shut in my face!! They had only handed me one soda, so I was trying to get the lady’s attention to at least get what I had ordered, she ignored me for a solid 3 min. People behind me were mad understandably, so I honked my horn. A different employee came and asked what my problem was, at this point I was upset and felt super disrespected. I asked for my other soda, and told them to bring it to me at the waiting spot ahead so I can stop holding up the line. The story doesn’t end there…. But I’ll stop going. I know it was my mistake getting in the drive thru when my friend had ordered curbside, but I’ve never been so disrespected and treated so poorly by MANAGERS. I’m always super nice to service workers. Def won’t...
Read moreHello there, I was very disappointed with the customer service at this McDonald's last night. I went through the drive thru at about 11:30pm. The order taker was extremely patient with us. However, the person serving us the food was very impatient and rude! I had a sore throat and couldn't speak loudly and I know the ovens are loud inside. I asked for an extra sweet n sour sauce and 2 packs of syrup. Maybe The order taker didn't hear or didn't understand what I said. However, I was left at the window as he/she looked away, ignoring me. Finally, another employee came to serve me apologetically. Lastly, I ordered a bacon hamburger with no pickles and received a hamburger with one pickle smack dab in the center of it. The rest of the order was correct. And it tasted just fine. In conclusion, poor customer service can bring business down. So, if you work with the public please consider this review. I know it's not always easy to tolerate others in this busy and stressful world but, courtesy really goes a long way. And, PLEASE, if you don't understand the English language, Please try and learn it when working...
