Quan's Kitchen — Restaurant in Weymouth

I just placed a delivery order from this company and when it came to my house there was an item missing I called back and the guy who answered the phone was clueless and handed it to the girl that took my order and although we had a conversation about the item while i was ordering like I asked questions and everything she claimed she didn't hear it when I ordered it because of "noise" (she didnt mention at the time, only told when i called back- 'i think there was noise', an obvious excuse) and although she did repeat it back to me she claims she didn't repeat it back to me they basically blamed me for the whole thing and made no attempts of an apology or trying to make it right. The food is good here and the delivery guy was quick however the displeasure I had from the customer service was really disheartening I wasn't rude when I called back or anything and yet I was met with animosity so be careful...

Recently placed an order by telephone and the woman read back my whole order correctly. Brought my food home and instead of plain fried rice, I was given shrimp fried rice (which I am highly allergic to). I told them of their error and asked them to deliver my correct order (which then took 45 minutes while the other food got cold) and when he got there, the guy asked for the shrimp rice back! Told him I threw it away and why. He called the woman and told her I tossed it and she kept telling me she needed it back! They were actually going to take the rice back after 45 minutes and God knows what they would have done with it!!! The food in general was disgusting and not properly cooked the way we asked. Teriyaki steak was very pink, pork strips were tough and the chicken fingers were extremely doughy. Be careful....you just may be eating someone's incorrect...

I have gone to the Mansfield and Attleboro Quans’ on multiple occasions, and have always been happy with the quality of the food and service. However, when I tried to order for myself and my family from the Weymouth store, we were told that any substitutions to combos have a $3 fee per order. My family does not eat pork for religious dietary reasons, and every other time I’ve been to a Quan’s, they have substituted the pork fried rice that comes with every order with beef fried rice, without issue. This is the first time I’ve heard of such a substitution fee. If I happen to be in Mansfield again, I’ll be happy to stop by that Quan’s, but the one in Weymouth will not be getting...
