I was recently introduced to the gem that is Vinnola's Italian Market through a good friend, despite being a Colorado native and having family in the area growing up and let me just say - I'M SO GLAD I FOUND THIS PLACE!!! From the delicious aromas of all of the mouth watering food that hits you the moment you walk in, to the impeccable pastry cases (made in house too), to the selection of take-and-make options as well as imported selections, this place has it all. Every single person I have had an interaction with so far has been so incredibly warm and friendly. The food is phenomenal and crave-worthy, the atmosphere (and wall mural) is inviting and so familiar to me from childhood that the nostalgia factor is the cherry on top. Supporting a local business that has been around for decades on top of ALL of that is just one more reason to go check out Vinnola's asap. I guarantee you will go back...
Read moreIt was so good I devoured my food before I could take a picture! I’ve been on a keto diet since August, but my dad was from Sicily and did most of the cooking while I was growing up, so when I’m in search of comfort food, I look for Italian delis, especially when I get a powerful hankering for sausage & peppers. I decided to see if I could order the S&P sandwich sans bread. The gentleman working at the counter was super nice, and explained that their sausage is a flat paddy. With the cheese & peppers, and the little cup of marinara for dipping, it felt like I was eating a really satisfying, meaty pizza. Def recommend! Very reasonably priced menu overall, and my takeout order was ready pretty quick. The desserts look amazing too. I resisted temptation this time, but as soon as I make my next weight loss goal, I’m coming back for a cannoli with pistachios, and maybe a rainbow or...
Read moreVinnola's is family owned and run and you can tell. Their staff was really nice, helpful, and seemed to actually enjoy being there. I asked the woman at the counter what sandwich she thought was the best and she recommended the roast beef. The portions are pretty substantial and it was delicious! I know that it was made to order because I burnt my mouth a little bit taking my first bite lol This is the kind of place that the locals flock to for a good meal and/or one of their MANY delicious desserts. They also have premade products and a really good selection of authentic sauces and pasta noodles. You can actually read the ingredients on the packaging and understand every word and that makes a huge difference. The only thing lacking was my iced mocha latte. It tasted a bit too much like milk and needed a bit more oomf from the espresso but I'll get a...
