I really can't understand a company that has the financial backing of McDonald's. Why they changed their business model to now whenever you buy a burrito bowl you are getting half of a bowl. If you ask for extra rice all you get is one full Ladle of rice. Their normal portion of chicken is a half of label of chicken. The CEO said recently that if you want more of anything like chicken just ask and will give you a little bit more but not a single Chipotles will do that they always demand they're going to charge you double meat if you want a full Ladle of chicken. Just to give you an idea of how much they're ripping you off a full label of chicken would be 6 oz of chicken so that means the normal portion they want to charge you for a $10 bowl is 3 oz of chicken. This is not unique to this store. Today for lunch to test how horrible the portion size have gotten I went to 4 Chipotles and they were all the same. Nobody wants to give you anywhere close to what they used to give you for portion size and they want to be very mean and argumentative when you ask is that all can I get some more. Before you were owned by McDonald's you were a place that people could eat at and feel okay afterwards now when we eat the rice and the non-organic food you feel very heavy and lethargic and like you want to go to sleep because of all those McDonald's chemicals that they're pumping into...
Read moreSummerized: staff is unprofessional, disorganized, and actively disregarding company policy.
This location is a tragedy. Back when this store was on Butterfield, I would bring my family here once a week or more. But not anymore.
This location has disappointed over and over. Unprofessional and disorganized staff, old or burnt ingredients, argumentative cashiers.
And tonight marks the final nail in this location's coffin.
While ordering, the staff interrupted the line to stock the meats, a common occurrence when visiting a Chipotle, I understand. But tonight, instead of pulling the old container, placing a new one, and topping it with the leftovers from the old one, the staff stopped my server to directly pour the dregs of their dedicated drive through bins into the meats and procede to stir them together.
To paint the picture better, the Carnitas were nearly empty, barely enough meat left for a single taco, but swimming in whatever juices rest in the pan. The staff then brought a second pan of just Carnitas juice and just poured it into to current one, no extra meat, splashing everywhere.
I was displeased to see this but unwilling to pick a fight so I finished my order and fled, never to return to...
Read moreTook my family to go pick up what we ordered two burrito bowls, and a kids meal with two drinks and a large guac and chips when the guy finally comes to the window to address me he asks for my order I give it to him then he turns around and brings me my food with no drinks and said have a nice day. I replied with what about my drinks he asked me what I got got my drinks hand them back to me with no ice. I asked him why. He said oh you want that? Strange that he did that considering I didn’t ask for no ice he didn’t even remember to give me my drinks in the first place. He handed me my drinks. I get home find out that my eight dollar chips and guac aren’t in the bag and had to drive back what seem like a manager came to come talk to me and as he was getting my chips, he’s talking to the employee that fell short on my order and the employee started to smirk at me. If you order from here, I suggest to be vigilant about what you ordered. The service here seems a little absent minded. Won’t be going to this location again there’s two other ones within a three...
