Nothing Bundt Cakes — Restaurant in Wheaton

Today I bought 7 bundlets and lately, I've started to purchase from this location after shopping in the area. I kept feeling as though I forgot something--my punch cards! So I circled back around, it wasn't 15 minutes really and I walked back and showed them to one of the girls who had just greeted me. She then told me to wait and she will see if it's ok to punch them. After a few minutes she came back and said because it's Christmas she will punch then today but in the future I'd have to have them at the time of purchase. Really? I understand but it kind of rubbed me the wrong way because if I have punch cards and the cooler bag, which let's you know that I love the product, take care of me--I'll return and continue to sing your sugary praises. On top of that, at other locations, I've been told if I've ever forgotten, just keep the receipt. Even Chick-fil-A takes an old receipt on their app, it's small but it was literally just a few minutes after I'd paid and the young lady was rather obtuse and condescending about it. I can’t say enough about how amazing they did on my wedding cake. Jessica is fabulous, this was the second time we have worked with her. We got married in a small ceremony during covid and then had the reception this year! Both cakes were stunning and she made everything so easy. Seriously great customer service, delicious cake and beautiful presentation. They dropped off and had everything set up beautifully. I can’t say enough about how great they were during the process. I had a picture of what I wanted in my head and they were more beautiful than I could have imagined! Thanks Jessica and Emi! I loved the first cake so much that even though we moved after the wedding and had a Nothing Bunt Cakes literally across the street, I drove 30 minutes to Wheaton because of Jessica! Today I hosted a baby shower for my oldest and closest friend and about fifty friends and family. This day has had the planning to detail of a wedding for many months for this miracle baby. I ordered the cupcakes a month ago and arranged for a helper to pick them up while we prepared for the big event. Half an hour before the guests were due to arrive- we opened the bag to discover only 1/4th of our order was picked up. I called the store and they immediately sent someone to personally deliver not only the rest of our order but they also sent extras! The cupcakes arrived before the guest of honor! The dads and husbands were very excited to discover they got cupcakes afterwards also! You turned today’s one hiccup into a huge positive.
