I made a phone call only because the online order was not working and got a message saying please call the store. I called the store and let them know I would like to order the same item I was using a coupon for with my dominos account and the first response I get from the person working there was this will not be done on a phone call. This is not true, the automated phone call before transferring to the worker there specifically said to tell the person about you phone number so you can use your deals. Then I told her about this being told on a phone call, and she hung up the call. I went to the store after and showed them the issue and error message I was getting, then I made it work when I switched to pay at the store. This is not acceptable. As a worker, you need to respect your customers and assist them, and most importantly, you need to understand the procedures when an issue like this is coming up for a customer. When I was a kid, I worked as a customer service assistant, and I wanted to ensure that my customers are well aware of any new or better deals on the items they are getting. Also, she didn't have any gloves on when she was setting up not just our pizza but for the other orders. This is not correct at all.
SUMMARY: (1) The server was behaving very poorly to a customer regarding a simple procedure that even dominos say on the automatic call. When ordered online, we are able to tell the server our phone number to enable our deals.

   Read more1st wanted ½ & ½ on the extra sauce so I ordered pizza with extra sauce and as soon as I submitted the order I called their Domino's store phone, on hold for 5 minutes 52 seconds never got an answer to make the corrected change to ½ & ½ on the sauce. 2nd is the ordering app, why is there no box for additional instructions so I would not have to call and get no answer when it could have been done on your app!!! 3rd not only was there no extra sauce on the pizza there was very very light sauce. 4th in order to get the promotion price I had to order on your app, that just adds to the issue of incorrect order due to incorrect/incomplete app.. 5th I got there and there were 2 people working, (apparently there is no one answering the phone.) I was in line for 4 minutes 10 seconds before anybody asked me about my order, there were only 2 people in front of me.
I had breakfast at 7:30am drove round trip to Ohio and I was starving, so I ate 2 piece and threw the rest out. Options: There are 30 pizza places within 2 miles of my location, plus there are frozen pizza's . Google Pizza places near Arlington heights there are 8 pages x 23 restaurants each page! What a waste this...

Even after placing order online, I had to call them to confirm that I was coming to pick my order at scheduled time and to my surprise they had not bothered to even look at my online order until then and told me to come after 15-20 minutes after my original pick up schedule. When I went to store the guy took almost 15 minutes to find my pizza box from pickup shelf. After all this delay when I return home hoping to enjoy my pizza blissfully I was shocked to see that dip sauce was missing from the box and when I noticed pizza carefully , it also had only 3 toppings verses 4 which I ordered and paid for. Since I was almost starving to death I did not bother to drive all the way back to store to get a dip sauce and missing topping on my pizza. However I would never go there anytime again and SUGGEST people to check their pickup or deliver properly before...
