Hate to start on a bad note as this place used to be my 1st call so I'll start with what I miss about this place... Fast food, fresh, delicious! Unfortunately the last few weeks/months? It's been not so fast, and not so fresh. The appetizers have been showin up not so hot. The mozzarella sticks and calamari don't stay fresh for long before they're not really fresh anymore. We finally decided its just better to pick it up our food since we're close by and delivery times have been goin up. That's been ok but lately there's always something wrong or messed up(feels like every time, never used to be a problem) little forgets (no sauce with my sticks?!?!, no ranch with wings, no bread with my pasta, little stuff but pretty consistent, not enough to complain but definitely enough make note and the sole reason i decided this would be my first no tip pickup) Today I came for a burger and pasta, showed up a lil early. Waited about 25-30 minutes before asking if it was getting close. She found it on the bottom shelf of the heater box. It looked/felt like it was sitting for awhile, barely warm to the touch when she handed it to me. I felt a little frustrated but bit my tongue. I don't usually like to complain, but to top it off, (and maybe this one was my bad but it didn't help the experience), I didn't realize the bag was packed sideways and i loaded it straight up. By the time I got home(5min or so) it was a bit of a wet mess, some sauce spilled but nothing destroyed. The food was what I figured it would be at that point. Lukewarm pasta, soggy fries, cold cheese sauce, overdone burger. It still tasted OK but c'mon guys, get it together...

Absolutely fantastic! Nino's Pizzeria & Catering in Buffalo Grove truly deserves a glowing 5-star review. From the moment you walk in (or call to place an order), you're met with a level of courteousness and professionalism that's genuinely refreshing. Let's talk about the food – wow! The fresh ingredients shine through in every bite. Whether it's their classic pizza with its perfectly crispy crust and flavorful toppings, or their wings that are always cooked to perfection, you can taste the quality. But Nino's goes beyond just pizza and wings; their catering options are a game-changer. We've had the Oregano Chicken, which was incredibly tender and aromatic, and our absolute favorite, the Chicken La Nino, is simply divine. The flavors are rich, the portions are generous, and every dish is clearly made with care. It's not just the delicious food that makes Nino's stand out; it's the consistent, pleasant experience. The staff is always friendly and helpful, making every interaction a pleasure. If you're in Buffalo Grove, Palatine, Wheeling, or Arlington Heights, do yourself a favor and check out Nino's Pizzeria & Catering. You won't be disappointed. They have become our go-to for both casual meals and catering events!

I order from here over 50 times a year. Two days ago, I placed my pick up order and the phone person asked for my cc twice. When I went to pick up my order, I was told that it wasn't paid for. The cc didn't go through. The owner ran my card and it was fine. Tonight, I ordered again over the phone and the phone person asked 3 times for my cc number. 5 minutes later they called me to say that my cc was bad. I was so frustrated by now that I said to cancelled my order. I called back to complain to the owner about the rude and incompetent phone person. The owner took my cc again and it was fine. I went to pick the pizza up and the over cooked pizza in the pictures is what I found when I got home to eat it. I shouldn't be able to flip a pizza slice with my two fingers 10 minutes after it was made. Usually the cheese is still dripping off the sides. Not a happy customer.

Update...Nino's made things right and gave us a $25.00 credit for a pizza in light of the over cooked chicken parm. Thank you Marco. Appreciate it...we are long time customers. They are an awesome pizza place we regularly order from. Wonderful thin crust. Let me begin by saying that Nino’s has some of the best pizza and entrees in the Northwest Suburbs – hands down. The ingredients are superior. They should never alter their pasta sauce as it is the best we have ever had ever! I do have one big bummer and was quite disappointed. Last night we ordered the Chicken Parmesan from their catering menu for a 6pm delivery. The rigatoni in vodka sauce was to die for, the salad was wonderful (little light on the toppings) as were their dozen meatballs that we also ordered. The consensus from our group was the chicken was very OVERCOOKED and quite dry. That was a pretty big let down and disappointment. I understand – things happen but for an established restaurant like Nino’s – just should not happen. We should be receiving a free pizza in the future because even with the coupons – it was expensive (and we don’t mind paying that for the quality of their ingredients) but overcooking a staple entree. We will continue to order from Nino's and possibly another catering order for our group for Christmas. 5 our of 5 stars with the exception of the...

Not sure what happened with this place, but it has went way way downhill! We used to order from here once a week, easily and about a month ago the pizza seemed a little bit different so we took a break. Decided to order tonight and it was the worst ever! The pizza was so thin I wouldn't even call it a cracker crust, not how it normally is and guessing this is something new. Mozzarella sticks you can tell had been in the car for an easy half hour, understandably things will not be fresh when you get delivery but you can tell those and the pizza had been sitting around for quite some time. The items weren't even warm when they arrived, things are not cheap and when you spend this kind of money this is definitely not what we expected return, especially from previous experiences over the last couple years when this place was the best in the area. Very disappointing, not sure we will ever order again after this last experience!

We got a call back after posting this from the manager, Chris, who was very nice and genuinely seemed like he wanted to figure out what went wrong. Nice to see they care about the quality of their food that goes out and willing to give it another shot after the conversation. We really appreciate that They reached out, and changed my rating...
