Nothing Bundt Cakes — Restaurant in Wheeling Township

I have ordered items from this location since they opened for every holiday or party we attend. Service has been good, but today was an extreme disappointment, and quite frankly there are many other unique places in town now that I'll order from going forward. I admittedly made a mistake on my online order for pick up on the 24th, instead of the 23rd for a party. My husband asked if there was any way they could accommodate us and fill the order today. He was lied to & told "sorry we don't even have any bundtlets left for today". When he asked about the singles in the case, he was told those aren't for sale. The best they said they could do was fill our order tomorrow at 2pm. They were for a party tonight, so we canceled. On a suspicion, I went online to order my exact prior request and low and behold I was able to place my order for pick up that very same day in an hour. If I wasn't in a pinch, I would have looked elsewhere for something to bring to the party. I understand the store is busy, but shame on you for lying and not trying to accommodate our order. If you truly couldn't accommodate the order, I wouldn't have been this unhappy, because it was initially my mistake. However, lying about availability for whatever reason, when I was able to place another order online for pick up an hour later, is poor...

Will never go to this location again. Went in on the day before Christmas Eve for a pickup order. Was told a couple times that my order would be out in a few minutes, which was no problem. But then the few minutes turned to ~25 minutes, and still no order. I was being patient as it’s the day before Christmas Eve and they were a bit busy, but I was getting visibly annoyed. The only person in there above the age of 30 started to notice and said she would check on my order, and offered me a bundtlet for the wait (the only reason this store is even getting 2 stars). I proceed to hear them in the back saying “she’s still here” and an employee pops out with a surprised look, then pops back into the back. A few minutes later, I’m given my order which naturally, once I get it home, I discover only 1 of 2 assorted bundtinis have the gnome toppers I paid for. The whole experience was horrible, and the messed up order was literally icing...
