One day, I hope to be enjoying Poke Bowls in Hawaii, but until then, Poke Bros will do. It was my first time at this location and my boyfriend's first poke bowl ever. We went closer to 8 PM to get a quick dinner before our movie at AMC. It was empty. We both did the "build your own bowl" option. The staff looked pretty checked out (I mean I would be too), but she did crack a smile when we told her how we were enjoying the meal. I pretty much got all the ingredients minus the additional fee items, green onion, and carrots. I chose sushi rice topped with salmon for my protein and went with sriracha aioli and ponzu for my sauce. I did ask for a side of gochujang sauce mid-eating cause I love my sauces. Their gochujang tastes like chojang, which is another Korean sauce that people like to eat with hwedupbap (raw fish over rice). Chojang is usually gochujang mixed with vinegar and sugar. It was solid, but also, perfectly fine with the Ponzu + Sriracha Aioli combo. I also added all toppings to my bowl. It was the perfect meal. We thought of getting Hangry Joes right next door, but I'm glad we went with Poke instead. We left feeling full, but not weighed down, which meant we had room for our large popcorn and drinks at the theater. The Interior was quiet and clean and our poke bowls hit the spot! I love that poke bowls make you feel good after eating. It leaves you feeling content and light, not sluggish and stuffed like those heavy and greasy meals that sound so good in the moment, but regret after.

We ordered takeout from this place for lunch today, and the service was impressively quick, with our food ready in under 15 minutes. When I arrived, the order was already prepared and waiting for me. We opted for 2 "build your own poke bowls" with salmon, seaweed salads, fried onions, and ponzu sauce. Upon returning home, I found that the poke rice bowl was still slightly warm, making it the perfect temperature. All the ingredients were fresh, and the sauce struck a delightful balance of savory, sweet, and tangy flavors. The addition of the fried onions provided a satisfying crunch and complemented the dish beautifully. Every bite of my lunch was thoroughly enjoyable, and we will certainly be returning for more.

I had a fantastic experience at this build-your-own poke bowl spot! The clean interior caught my attention, and I was pleased to see that the ingredients were fresh. The menu was well-organized and offered a variety of options. What really stood out to me was the flexibility to mix and match different protein choices: salmon + tuna versus only one protein option. I got the salmon bowl and was blown away by how delicious it was. it was so good that I finished it in just 10 minutes! I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

I typically go to the Poke Bros in Schaumburg. This location definitely needs to take some pointers from them! The cucumbers were dry rather then crisp & refreshing. Their marinaded tuna was just slapped together and the seasoning wasn't well mixed in or correctly portioned. Everything taste like it had been sitting out for hours, on top of tasting like it had freezer burn. I had to ask for extra Gluten-Free O.G. and it still didn't help it taste any better. Please, please, please get in touch with Manager Daphane from the Poke Bros Schaumburg location! She ALWAYS has her counter FILLED with fresh and tasty combinations for her Poke! It would GREATLY help this location if they followed her advice. :) Good luck to...
