Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Wheeling Township

Wanted to try this place as I usually get Smoothie King. We arrived and asked for there watermelon mojito that was on there menu online as well as on a sign by the registers. Unfortunately, the staff member said they do not sell that one anymore.

Additionally we where standing there for 10 minutes before our order was taken or being acknowledged.

Finally after my friend got her smoothie but without the collagen she wanted because they did not have that either, she got the island green detox with pea protein. The smoothie she got tasted like eating a handful of grass and dirt with the after taste of sand. This was honestly one of the most disgusting smoothies I've ever had. Its shocking that they charge $10 per smoothie.

Save your money and go to Smoothie King next door they have way better smoothies, better prices, and...

Brought here by default after we left our original breakfast stop, Starbucks, who had their breakfast sandwiches sitting in pre wrapped plastic on their filthy floor 🤮.

I couldn’t be happier that we turned around, walked out and went across the street to Tropical Smoothie Cafe.

Starting with the phenomenal customer service from Brandon, fresh, thoughtfully prepared food, and a bright, clean, and welcoming atmosphere, I can’t say enough.

This was really an experience that my kids and I will never forget. Thank you Brandon for loving your job and taking pride in your work. Eli and Jailene were so amazing!!! They complimented my perfume and we're so welcoming! I my last experience with the chain was not good at all and I was extremely reluctant to come back but running into these 2 has changed my Outlook completely.
