I ordered two iced coffees from Carlos in the drive thru, who did not repeat my order back to me and took the order off the screen so fast I couldn’t see it, so when I got to the window and was handed two hot drinks I let him know NICELY they were supposed to be iced. He let out an audible sign, looked annoyed. I even offered to come in and wait for my drinks to not hold the drive thru up. He was still rude and annoyed. Inside the woman who had to remake the drinks found it so absolutely unbearable that she had to make my drinks correctly she kept slamming things on the counter. Even things I had my hand out waiting for. They ignored every thank you, treated me like I’d run over a puppy for asking for a straw, this was literally THE RUDEST Starbucks I’ve ever been to. In almost 20 years this is the worst customer service out of any Starbucks I’ve been to in the entire country. No exaggerations
I forgot to add that the woman remaking the drinks would not verbally reply to anything, look at me, acknowledge me in any way, when I asked for a straw I genuinely thought she didn’t hear me, she said nothing, did nothing, she made the entire next drink and then slammed the straws on the counter.

Read moreThe worst Starbucks store so rude so disrespectful just pointless attitude. My wife went the and our order was all wrong so we called and complained. The store manager said to come in to re do our order and a refund on tip of that and that was not the issue. The issue was when we got there from the beginning once I said we had a card and to cover the order the old lady have me this nasty attitude and told me to go park and come in I said no and ask her to speak with a manager she was complaining that she has to go in the back and get him and itll be a long time pretty much refusing to get him. So 10min of arguing back and forth he came and told me to go park and same thin I refused so he said that he will not serve me my drinks and to leave I literally stood in the line until I got what I ordered he gave me my order and my card after 15min arguing. I just dont get if you know you have a line why cant you just go and do what your customer is asking you to do.. at the end my drinks wore still wrong and the the manager wannabe named Mike lied my refund was supposed to be 12$ he have me 4$.......
Read moreSo far this is hands down by far my favorite place!! You have to have both exceptional customer service and even better employees, and this Starbucks seems to have both. Every one of their employees remembers my name and my order and that says a lot considering I'll end up with a whole new drink they can add to their menu by the time im finished. I order my drink but I'm very specific as to how much of what I want on it so just the fact that this is the first place that actually gets it when I described what I want and how I want it made they make it that way each and every time never making a mistake or forgetting my name or order. And the 2 that i know are Managers...Mike and Heather being his.. Those 2 really set a great example for other people to follow. It no longer feels like just a business where they make my favorite coffee and I'm just a customer that gets that paycheck I feel like we've gotten past that and they were becoming friends... Thanks Guys for making my mother's day in and day out sometimes 2 or 3 times a day I know u guys got to be sick of making them... but...
