One of the BEST places for CHICKEN TENDERS, esp. their breading- light, crispy, NOT OILY, NOT GREASY at all. The House CANE'S Sauce is great, offering more peronality, characters than the xommon RANCH or BBQ sauces. My family believes the CANE'S is mostly the mixture of Ranch and BBQ, plus some SECRET ingredients! ... We dined inside. Nice, comfy furniture. There are a few tables with high chairs. COOL! .... There are 2 NOOKS, for about 6 people, in each. VERY NICE! The HOUSE "Fresh Squeeze Cold LEMONADE" is Excellent...The BEST in any national chain. The atmosphere is happy, upbeat. The staff is enthusiastic. The customers are happy to be here. There is a reasonable large outdoor eating area, under cover, with nice, clean tables and chairs. Today weather is rather cool, so all customers are inside, where it is not too crowded, and more cozy. ... We ordered 2 of the $10.59 BOX COMBO with 4 Tenders + House LEMONADE, and 1 of the $10.29 BOX COMBO, also with 4 Tenders , but with FOUNTAIN DRINK (30 cents cheaper) ... . This COMBO comes with a piece of thick Buttered TOAST (very nice), a cup of Cole Slaw (small, but refreshing), and a large serving of French FRIES. As a whole, it was quite a pleasant dining experience. We appreciate the chance to DINE IN, after the 2+ years of COVID. Our thoughts were then directed to other parts of the World, where COVID is still raging. MAY ALL be free of COVID very soon! ... Let's end with a promising note: WE WILL COME BACK TO CANE'S ... We are very lucky to...

It first started a couple of weeks prior to today - I had reached out online to see if I could bring a cake for my coworker who is about to have her first child. I had planned with her husband to surprise her with a small baby shower of sorts at her absolute FAVORITE restaurant. This location followed up shortly after saying of course I could bring a cake and to let them know if I need anything else before then! We started to plan along with another coworker of ours and set it in motion for today (4/1/2023). Upon coming in we had some small decorations and a balloon bouquet and were able to find a table in the corner and out of the way of the other patrons. As we were setting up, Jacob greeted us and gave us a gift put together by Raising Cane’s including some super cute baby onesies! We were blown away by the thoughtfulness of the present and the graciousness to offer to hold our cake in the fridge while we ate. After the initial surprise, we ordered our food and Karyzma comped our meals! We were speechless at the generosity of this Raising Cane’s and we’re not expecting or planning for that at all!! We were able to celebrate with our coworker and her husband, have some amazing food and company to boot!

Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!! You have gained forever customers by having such kind and thoughtful employees, not to mention...

Been meaning to try this new Raising Canes for a while now and I must say it was quite a let down. I placed and order ahead on the mobile app and requested curbside pickup. Arrived and parked at the restaurant 3 minutes before my scheduled time and selected the "I'm here" button on the app. I got a confirmation that my food would be out shortly. It was 3pm and the restaurant didn't look busy. I waited in my car for more than 10 minutes before I decided to go in and check on my order. When I walked in, there was no line and one guy at the counter who greeted me. I told him about my order and he shuffled through some receipts, then points over at the "pick up" shelf where my order was sitting. Why offer the curbside pickup option if you still have to walk in to get your order? As I'm walking out the employee says "sorry we didn't bring it out to you". I get home and noticed I didn't get any straws for the 4 drinks I ordered. The lemon wedge that was supposed to be in my wife's ice tea drink was instead placed in my diet coke cup, like how do you mess that up? The cole slaw is now warm because it's been sitting IN the container with the chicken tenders and fries, which are now just warm because of how long it was sitting at the pickup shelf. Total incompetence. Looks like I'll be sticking with KFC...

I’ve been to this location several times since they first opened about a year and a half ago. Let me tell you one word: consistency. This Cane’s restaurant is as consistent in terms of quality, taste, and service as I’ve had with other locations—especially the Schaumburg one as that was my go-to before this store opened. I always go for the Box Combo - four tenders, cole slaw, fries, Texas toast, and Cane’s sauce. The chicken tenders are delicately breaded with a nice balance of crunch and meat. The fries are always fried perfectly—crispy, never soggy. Cane’s sauce is seriously my favorite sauce from any fast-food restaurant, and the Texas toast is always a friendly addition to the meal. EVERYTHING TASTES AMAZING… except for the cole slaw. It’s just not that good. Thankfully, they are happy to swap that out with an additional Texas toast or Cane’s sauce. I love it here. ONE LOVE ❤️

It's touch and go depending on the day, time and team members working. Yes they habe good good when there food is fresh "don't go for dinner" thos last time was honestly the last straw for me. My sprite was seltzer water? When I tried to tell them the dodnt attempt to do anything to fix it, instead they just sat there talking together like ot eas a social event. They gave us no fries, which is sorry nit if it paying as much as I did you better give me fries. The biggest problem with this place is they have to many children working who just want to hang out and talk instead of serving there guests who they act like are an inconvenience. There are a few good team.members but definitely not at 5pm or after. When I called no one answered just like when I went in there. Crazy!

Not sure where the negative reviews are coming from but by far, one of my go-to places when I want to grab a quick bite. My third time coming here since grand opening and the food is and always has been great, the line goes slightly faster than the one in Schaumburg imo, staff there are courteous and welcoming, never had an issue with my order(s). Will be coming here again.
