Tortorice's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Wheeling Township

Ordered a deep dish pizza, and the dough was uncooked. There was a very thin layer on the bottom that was cooked and then between a quarter of an inch and a half an inch of uncooked, dough. Everyone eating it realized this after the first bite. We called to let them know and they offered to make another one, 45 minutes later we got another pizza, brought it home and it has the same exact issue, uncooked dough. Unbelievable that this happened twice in a row. I've been eating tortirices for about 2 decades from this location, usually on weekends, and never had a problem, however after talking to family who eats tortirices they says you can never get it on weekdays they have had the same issues multiple times as well, but never had this problem on the weekends. This makes very little sense but either the folks who work on the weekdays don't know how to make the dough or they don't cook it long enough but apparently this is common occurrence. I ordered a rib and shrimp dinner, with three side sauces and two desserts. They sent one dessert, missed a sauce, and one sauce was wrong. I’m house sitting with a sick child and I called and they refused to redeliver the missing ingredients. Said the manager that handles problems was not there and the cook said that he put everything in. I asked that they please redeliver because I was 3 blocks away. They told me they only had one driver and couldn’t. We ended up arguing because the person on the phone was so incredibly rude. They told me to come in and I explained again. Of course I paid cash. So disappointing I couldn't be more upset with this decision to try Tortorice's. We ordered a deep dish pizza for 2 people half with sausage and pepperoni and half with garlic and pineapples. After waiting 90 minutes we open a pizza that was incorrectly made, burnt on the bottom and extremely crunchy. We called and the only thing they offered was another pizza, however we were not wanting to wait ANOTHER 90 minutes for a brunt crunchy pizza. They then offered a voucher for the next time we order from there which is highly unlikely to happen. If you're looking for pizza in the area go LITERALLY anywhere else.
