I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone who wants to get furniture at amazing prices, and on top of that deals, sales, and ability to tell the truth of what your budget is and than you will get even lower price. They will work with you, do anything they can to allow you to leave happy but still feel that way next day. There's no buyer's remorse, no "OMG! I SPENT TOO MUCH, WHAT AM I GOING TO TO DO NOW,". Instead you will go, compare prices again, look at your forniture and won't believe how little you spent, how much you got, and most importantly HOW GOOD THE QUALITY OF YOUR FORNITURE IS!!!!!! Most of it is Ashley's brand, but so much less than them, or store next door, whose name is well known, has same forniture, I mean identical, same brand, but hundreds of dollars more. They won't lie to you, there's no gimmicks, service is excellent, curtious, and professional yet will make you feel as one of the family members. What else can I say? Why pay more for same thing, same brand, get lied to, pushed to get things or treated rudely? Me, it is a "no brainer". Delivery was ok although Johan and his partner had a great attitude!!! I had an area rug I wanted partially underneath the sectional but they were not patient enough to make it work. They hooked up a few connectors wrong so not all the speakers worked. Even with those couple things wouldn’t take any stars away because they were courteous and didn’t leave a mess.

Those are all things I was able to fix myself but maybe if you’re not able to do stuff like that make sure to be clear in what you want and test everything before they leave.

Adam was awesome and very patient with me making my decision. It took about a week and 3 trips to the store for me to settle on my choice.

The sectional is great with a couple caveats. The speakers can only hook up to Bluetooth or Auxiliary Cable(headphone jack). With that being said understand you will have to run wires from your surround sound system to the couch or be ok with the couch being the sole source of sound. The audio setup is nice once you work thru all the wiring. I’m an electrical engineer so this wasn’t a huge issue but still took me a couple solutions before finding one that worked. Using a Bluetooth adapter created too much lag and the audio would not match the tv. Bluetooth works great for playing music but not for watching movies or any tv. I would have given Five Star Furniture 5 stars. Instead, 3 stars.

I purchased one queen-size bed and one dining table with four chairs & one bench-chair. Then almost three weeks later, I purchased two chairs, a coffee-table, and a rug.

The sales person and also one of the owners, Nick was courteous and kind throughout the sales/ purchasing process. The price was reasonable. However, the shipping & delivery was subpar.

The two delivery people wanted to leave the bed frame, box spring, and mattress, and dining table and chairs, etc. in the garage of my house and take off. I asked them to place the table in the kitchen and the bed in the master bedroom. While I was gracious that they carried the products to the two designated spots (and of course, I gave each of them a tip afterward), they assembled the table hastily and left it somewhat hazardous. (See the below pictures. The staples were sticking out, and I had to pulled those out.)

The second time, I told the same delivery people to leave the coffee table in the garage. However, one corner of the table had been already damaged upon arrival. I wasn't sure if it happened during the transit or was already defective. (See below).

Thus far, all the products are sturdy after 1 to 3 weeks of use. Overall, I'd purchase furniture again, for the 3rd time, from Five...
