Ooooh where do I start? I first walk in, first time mind you, and I'm greeted with a "friendly" hello but this hello wasn't friendly and apparently people dont know how to control their own body language to fake a cheery introduction. The staff or whatever you wanna call it had no clue of what was behind the counter. The 3 cupcakes that I did end up getting were absolutely dry and crumbly, like they've been in and out of the fridge. This is a terrible first and last. My fiance and I went in to inquire about having a cake made for our wedding. We asked about flavors and such. What they have that's popular etc. The lady behind the counter didn't know the answers and seemed annoyed to be asked. We asked some more questions and she hollared to who we assumed was the owner about the questions. She also seemed annoyed to be asked questions.
