I’ll start with the fact that I have been in the restaurant industry for almost a decade. Both experiences I’ve had at this Dairy Queen have been nothing short of terrible. The first experience I had, I was ordering for me and my family (5people) everything was going good until I got to the window and he told me that I needed to come inside if I was going to order that much food. It was 5 meals. I’ve never been told in a DRIVE THRU that I have to come inside at any FAST FOOD restaurant. Not to mention his tone was very disheartening. Today we got drinks from there but one was modified a certain way to which chris said he couldn’t do so we told him we get it that way every time(which is true) so he overfilled it causing to spill all inside of my car. Maybe the purchasing department could anticipate the outage a little better since I go at least once a week on different days, hoping to catch the day of the week they do have it. This is an absolute joke of management. Ice cream store being out of basic ice cream. The last time the lady on the drive thru mic told he if I wanted to wait until that "big ass" truck was unloaded, I could get what I came for!! I was like, excuse me? And drove off.
My sister in law came up and asked for a cherry coke. They said they don't have it. But they could make her a cherry coke float. So she asked them to make her a cherry coke float without ice cream and charge her for it. They said they couldn't do that. She said so you couldn't make the coke and the cherry flavor and not add ice cream and charge me the price of the float? Nope, we can't, was their answer. Read moreAte here with my family of 5 on 26 June. I waited to see if corporate would respond to my complaint I’ve received no response. It took 35 minutes to get our food because they ran out of burgers. When the food came the fries were cold. My kids burgers were wrong and we were missing all our sauces and an order of fries and cheese curds. Not once did someone try to make it right nor did a supervisor come out. New to White House and we’ll never return here. Good job to the young man on the counter that had to put up with me.
