I’ve been on a kick trying a new Chinese place every so often, always ordering sweet and sour chicken and lomein as a base line. At this point, I think I’ve tried around 12 in the area and I can say 100% this place is my new favorite. The chicken was freshly cooked with home style tasting breading. Other places often have rubbery chicken that tastes either bland or the way raw chicken smells. The lomein was also perfect, not drowning in sauce or too plain. Texture was on point. My wife got the orange chicken that also tasted phenomenal - different than most places I’ve tried. It had the naturally bitter-sweet twinge taste of real orange peel and didn’t just taste like heated, globby orange syrup. The egg rolls were also wholesome tasting too. They were cooked perfectly, and the veggie and pork filling were flavorful and fresh. And the young guy taking the orders was really kind and helpful to first timers.

I wanted chicken, rice and vegetables so I ordered the Sesame Chicken. The chicken was covered in a bright red sauce that tasted similar to sweet and sour and it was covered in crunchy sesame seeds. No one wants to bite into hard crunchy things in their Chinese chicken. It was unappetizing. But the chicken inside the breading didn't look like a chunk of white meat. Then the egg roll tasted bad and even the broccoli tasted bad. I ended up throwing 90%of it away even though I tried to eat some fried rice because I was really hungry and didn't have time to stop and buy something else. Pretty much our go-to when we're here. We always call in our order and the people on the phone are nice and confirm your order if you have questions. I always have special requests and they accommodate every time. Food doesn't take long to get to us and it's delicious. The meats they use are cooked very well and tasty. The vegetables are great as well. All the different dishes we have tried have unique and flavorful nuances. There is no seating so be prepared for that. All the staff are really nice and friendly.
