First let me say that my family loves Little Caesars. We were so excited when this store opened in White House and placed several orders there. Unfortunately, the store is poorly managed and struggles with order accuracy, delays, and inconsiderate staffing. Itās difficult, at best, to get them on the phone, and their voice mail is always full. I initially quit going to this store for these reasons, but recently gave them another chance, thinking perhaps things had gotten better. Unfortunately, the issues persist. Iāve placed three orders since this decision, and two were inaccurate and delayed, with no acknowledgement or offer from the store to offset the issues. Like most people, I work hard for my money, and expect to get what I pay for. I also expect for it to be ready near the stated time. And to be clear, Iām not looking for my entire order to be comped, just some acknowledgement of the issues, and an effort to make them right.
Most recently I placed an online order @ 3:40pm for drive thru pickup at 5pm. Received email confirmation stating the order would be ready for pickup between 5:00 and 5:05pm. Arrived at the store at 5:07pm. Order was not ready until 5:23 and my sone (who went inside) was told the delay was due to the Pepperoni Puffs being in the oven. Got home (6 miles away) and discovered they had given us regular stuffed crust, instead of pretzel stuffed crust pizza. (I know we should have checked before leaving, but didn't due to being rushed) .
I called the store and informed the assistant manager who told me I could bring the incorrect pizza back and he would replace it. I live 6 miles away from the store (12 miles round trip) and told him this. I had already made this trip once and waited beyond the stated time for my order to be completed. There was no offer to replace all order items (so they wouldnāt get cold during the return) or to provide a discount of any kind. And when I asked about this, I was told they could only replace the incorrect pizza.
Sad to say that this store will no longer be getting my business, referrals, or...

Our family does not like square cut slices, I called and ordered them to be pie slices... Simple, NOPE! Today once again they did the same thing!!! I started to simple except the mistake because I didnāt want to ābe that personā today I Needed to understand why this continues to happen, so turned and simple ask to speak to the man who took my order Ethan said he knew he messed up the order, but did nothing to correct his mistake! His answer was it was ready 2 minutes before you got here! OK, so why didnāt you remake the pizzas? He glares at me blankly, annoyed that I am asking him to be accountable, and he said āI just didnātā Ethan is the shift leader! I told him as the leader of his team he is to ensure orders are completed correctly, but instead you push out orders knowing they are wrong and then wait to see if the customer will complain, then when they do you treat them like they are the problem! He responded with you are making a big deal out of nothingā this is not that big of a deal! SERIOUSLY! Then Tyler the store manager gets involved! When I went to explain he stopped me and stated the reason he came out was I was in fact complaining about something that wasnāt that big of a deal!!!! It didnāt change the taste of the pizza! We donāt remake a pizza because it is cut wrong! Most customer donāt want to wait for the pizza to be remade! This is a store that has seriously leadership issues!!!! They take no pride in their job! I demanded a refund and told them I would take my business elsewhere!!! My request was a small one, simple, and only required paying attention to your job. Cut it in pie slices! Instead! I was dismissed, talked rudely to, and treated disrespectfully! Never again will I contribute my money to this company! Shame is, it was y first choice of pizza! In a town where you are competing with 4 other pizza places! Every time I order it is $40ā$80...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHorrible attitude and customer service by the lady with the short grey hair and glasses. Also, the breadsticks barely had any butter or parm on them.. very dry. I asked for extra parm cheese and was given 4 packs for a large pizza and breadsticks. I noticed, once I got in the car, that I didn't have marinara for the bread sticks. I went back in, and said I forgot the marinara for the bread sticks (has always came with it at other locations) and she said... that's why I asked if you needed any sauce or dips. It took all I had not to respond the way I wanted to. Never again.

3rd party delivery service worker- I was hesitant to accept an order from here because of the above. Of course, I received horrible customer service by the same lady but worse. Pick up time 1:22. I pull up to the window at 1:21 and simply say I have an order for so and so. Her response is it hasn't been started yet. My reply is how long do you think it will be? Just FYI for everyone, as a 3rd party delivery worker, I have the option to unassign an order based off of the wait time. I also accept deliveries based off of the pick up time. So, for me to show up to a place 1 min before the pick up time and them tell me that it's not even started is a big deal... esp if it's a pizza. This extremely rude employee responds with... I don't know, I don't even know what it is.. you get it before we do. Then says we got it at 1:11. Ok? What does that mean to me? I need a simple professional answer so I can decide if I want to waste my time sitting there or accept another order. I have been doing 3rd party deliveries for 3 years, and I have never once experienced this. I have been a customer all my life, and I have never once experienced this. I will never come back to this store as a customer or accept any deliveries again. Some people should never work with the public. I hope the manager (very much hope it's not her) addresses this...
