This is a response to the emma tidwell review. First of all, Emma Tidwell would literally wear the lowest rise jeans she shouldāve been a plumber and wouldnāt pull up her pants AT ALL. oh and the amount of times she blew her nose and REFUSED to wash her hands when customers had asked her to was absolutely disgusting. she would blow her nose every 5 minutes and proceed to make sandwiches so thereās no wonder she was fired and tried to fight me for pointing out how horrible and gross of a worker she was. She would spend 30 minutes on a two sandwich online and when the customer got mad she would give them attitude. oh and not to mention the reason she got fired was because she did PARAPHERNALIA IN FRONT OF KIDS and when the mother approached her telling her to apologize she said āthe kid would be exposed to it anyway iām just giving him a jump startā. Alls iām saying is if you go to this store you donāt have to worry about another Emma not washing her hands or doing paraphernalia in front of children because the manager is amazing and makes sure everything goes smoothly. Shout out to avery. And all the workers there now are clean and wash their hands daily unlike everything i just explained but donāt worry she doesnāt work there anymore bc when everyone tried to tell her she needs to stay at her station instead of lollygagging somewhere else she put HER HANDS ON ME! She literally tried to fight me over subway and when that didnāt work she threw a hissy fit online bc she is the most bitter and miserable employee iāve ever met. and the rudest person iāve ever met. she would refuse to clean and if she did she would half butt everything so others would have to go back and do everything again and when customers walked in others would be forced to get them which is fine but itās unfair how everyone had to do every single little thing while she sat on her flat butt doing nothing and to the customers who had to deal with attitude because of her i am so sorry and i hope your day got better bc mine certainly did not but the attitude definitely improved after she left bc everyone didnāt have to pick up her slack anymore. anyways this subway is great all the employees are great and CLEAN so you donāt have to worry about another employee...

Iāve placed many online pick up orders for this location and they only get it right one out of 10 times. Iām not saying the order isnāt the way I prefer, Iām saying Iāve ordered a foot long and got a 6 in - I ordered a chicken bacon ranch sub and got a sub with every condiment known to man instead. I once even got a sub and mid bite realized a spider was toasted into the cheese. Iāve never complained, the most I have done is just ask for the other half of the 12 in or to make a bacon chicken ranch. No biggieā¦mistakes happen and I understand these are kids. It takes a lot for me to truly be upsetā¦I prefer to only use google reviews to rave about local businesses.
Last week my husband wanted a bowl with double chicken, bacon, extra cheese, and ranch. I paid the upcharge of $3.16 for the chicken and $1.00 for the cheese. When I went to pick it up, there was maybe one slice of cheese and half a handful of grilled chicken in the bowl. If I hadnāt paid almost $5 for the extra stuff I would have move on with my day. But I asked the person at the front about it and they shouted to the back asking who made it. A kid with curly hair and a mustache came up front and told me I was wrong and I didnāt order extra chicken. I showed him my email with the order details and he legit argued with me saying I wasnāt reading it right, that I paid $3.16 for extra cheese, and after repeatedly telling me I was wrong - he finally said he read the order wrong and he heated up a bowl of chicken and handed it to me to add to the other one.
Tonight I order the same thing, and again barely any chicken. I wait up front for someone as multiple people get in line to place an order and they are getting helped by two kids, and finally one of them acknowledges me after a moment and when I ask them if that is double chicken he says he doesnāt know. Thatās when dude from last week notices and comes up front ready to tell me again that I am wrongā¦which he does. I just resigned and left with my $16...

I have made 2 recent trips to this subway. The first experience? Horrible. We didn't get anything out of the ordinary, and being a southerner, I wanted sweet tea. By the sticker placed on the tea container it had gone bad several hours before hand..gross. the store was disgusting, they didn't wipe tables and there was trash everywhere because the trash can was overflowing. Also gross...I asked my mom to look at their rating as she walked by and they somehow had a 100 so I was sure it must've been a bad day, we all have those, right? I went in today for lunch, hoping it would be better...WRONG!! I stood at the counter for a good 3-5 minutes waiting for my order to be taken and the girl finally comes and says sorry I was busy. What?! In a customer, I come first!!!!!! Not to mention the tea was again expired by at least 2 hours...disgusting. the tables had not been wiped and they used the same gloves from the time I walked in through the whole process of CHECKING ME OUT-TOUCHING THE GERMY COMPUTER to the next perso. I am so disappointed in this place and will not be returning. Oh! A year or so ago I went and was disappointed, so I went to the one located in Walmart a few streets over the next time, I complained and the guy happened to be the manager of both that I complained to.
