Pizza Hut — Restaurant in White House

Never in my life have I experienced customer service like I did tonight… I ordered 2 large pizzas with 1 topping each, 16 boneless wings, breadsticks and a 2 liter. The tracker said my food was done at 7pm which is exactly when I arrived. Did t get to the window until 7:20. The kid told me it wasn’t ready just yet and to give them a few minutes. I sat there. And sat there. And as I’m sitting there, I can see about 7-8 of their “staff” who all looked 12 standing in a group playing on their phones, giggling and goofing off while I am not going on over an hour of waiting. Finally I hear someone yell about me sitting there for over an hour. He opened the window and asked my name. Told him again. The guy who yelled about me being there for so long brought a kid over and told him to credit my account. As he’s at the window adding the credit to my account a woman pulls up next to me and states she had been inside waiting (and had already put in her complaint) and she heard them yelling about my order and saw them put my pizza in right then! So after he credited my account, I then had to wait another 45 Minutes!!! When I was finally handed my food (which was missing my 2 liter) I asked for the manager. He went on about the shift the night before and how they ran out of dough earlier in the day and a few of the pizzas got burnt, etc. As someone who has managed a restaurant before I acknowledged to him that I understood those situations, HOWEVER, there was ZERO communication. ZERO. And I could see them in plain sight doing literally nothing. I know that some situations are out of their control, but I also know that simple communication about them being behind would’ve made this experience so different. And the manager just looked annoyed the entire time I spoke with him. Retrain your staff. Replace...

Walked in and noticed the ( Any pizza, Any size, Any toppings for $12). i asked the manager "Can i get a Stuffed crust pepperoni pizza for the $12) he says sure and rings me up. i tell them i gotta run to do a errand real quick but ill pick it up at the window. i was gone for not even 10 min. Im at the window the kid asks me what i had and i tell him a stuffed crust pepperoni. he says ok. a min goes by the same kid asks me again what i had. i tell him the same thing. he then asks if i had a handtossed pepperoni and i tell him no. he then says ok. another min goes by and he gives me my pizza again i ask him "is this a stuffed crust pepperoni he says YES. As i pull away something tells me to check my pizza. and sure enough they gave me a handtoss pepp. instead of a stuffed pepp. This store already has a terrible reputation in our town. They are known for messing up orders, being disrespectful to customers, and honestly just not giving a damn about their jobs and it shows. i haven't had pizza hut in over 5 years just because of the reputation alone but today i really wanted to give them a benefit of doubt. But i guess I'm the fool for believing that half baked children could follow simple directions. If anyone is wanting pizza dont bother with this joke of a restaurant. i will never return to...

I placed an online order, and the estimated pickup time was 11 minutes. I always wait longer than the estimated time to give the workers some leeway. My husband went to pick it up after 20 minutes, and it wasn’t ready. They asked him to wait outside and they would bring it when it was. My husband said he sat out front while the employees sat around a table with non-workers and “goofed off”. He went back in after 10 minutes of waiting, and the girl that had asked him to wait outside jumped up, ran to the pizza warmer, and tossed my pizza on the counter. They had clearly forgotten about it. My husband asked for the manager, who came out and refused to give him her name when asked. My husband asked for an apology for the rude service and all the manager would say was “is there something wrong with the pizza?” Once he got it home, I opened it and it was actually wrong.
