Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in White Lake Charter Township

We visited this location recently and received an email requesting feedback for our customer experience. Through that email, I was sent a link to rate them on Google. I really enjoyed yhe convenience of that. Our experience with this location was amazing. Our food was hot and on time. The staff was friendly and greeted us upon our entry into their store and told us to have a good day upon our exit. There were jets pizza stress balls on the front counter for customers to take home. The store was clean and the staff communicated well with eachother. We genuinely enjoyed this experience and will be returning in the future. Convenience is everything! First, we ordered by text because the website offers that and seemed like a great idea. Nope, not even close. About 15 minutes after order, never received a time frame. So I called and the manager on duty said the system is flawed and it never goes the way it should, and that he always recommends ordering by phone. Tried to utilize the text option for ordering for the promotion of 20% off and no one answered. I called to inquire and confirm my order and when asked about not being answered and issuing 20% because we tried to use it and no one answered, was met with a stiff demeanor and mention of a $9.99 coupon but… that’s not what we were looking for. Food is fine, but expensive which is why we were trying to use the text service. If you’re going to advertise a promo for a service - make sure it works. And answer for it...
