We visited this location recently and received an email requesting feedback for our customer experience. Through that email, I was sent a link to rate them on Google. I really enjoyed yhe convenience of that. Our experience with this location was amazing. Our food was hot and on time. The staff was friendly and greeted us upon our entry into their store and told us to have a good day upon our exit. There were jets pizza stress balls on the front counter for customers to take home. The store was clean and the staff communicated well with eachother. We genuinely enjoyed this experience and will be returning in the future. Convenience is everything! I called to inquire and confirm my order and when asked about not being answered and issuing 20% because we tried to use it and no one answered, was met with a stiff demeanor and mention of a $9.99 coupon but… that’s not what we were looking for.
