I understand they are struggling because of the pandemic, with other restaurants being closed they are obviously getting more business than normal and being short-staffed, but when a customer gets all the way home to find half their order missing they should be a little bit more willing to compensate for the trouble. I called up when I realized the fries were missing for my order after I got home, and Ben told me to come back through the drive-thru to get my fries that were missing, it's irritating to have to drive back up there to begin with and I would have expected them to just bring me my fries without making me wait in the drive-thru line again. By the time I made two trips up there to get my kids lunch I had waited in the drive-thru more than 15 minutes twice, they didn't even bother to offer a discount for next time or any kind of compensation for my trouble. Hell I would have just been happy if they had offered to bring it out curbside instead of making me wait in a 15 minute drive through line...
Read moreStop by to get breakfast and got a cold sandwich but had a hour and half drive so couldn't turn around. Stop by 4:48pm on my way home to get my order replaced. Replacement was large fry, medium sweet tea and an apple pie. Manager lady made me pay for the pie and I had to wait until she served 4 cars in the drive thru before getting my order. She rang my order at 4:48pm and didn't give me the food until 5:15pm and I was on the inside. Not sure why I didn't check my food but got in the car and on my way home, bit into a fry and got a instant headache. See the picture of the fries that look like snow on them....so much salt I had to suck down some of the tea to get my tongue to stop hurting. The pie must have been reheated because the time on it had expired. With all this I assume they didn't want my business or don't like people of my culture. I believe I should get all my money back for this nasty service and having to drive 1 hour and half to be treated like this. Going to see tomorrow...
Read moreTRASH! I placed an online order, after being sick, and my husband went and got it and I paid for lettuce and tomato on my burger didn't get it,and my burger didn't have a bottom bun?!?! When I called, obviously annoyed wanting the situation rectified there only response was they could put me down in the book for a replacement. When I asked if there was anyway for it to be delivered, she told me I could order it through door dash. So after paying for my meal, it being incorrect, I was still going to have to pay for a replacement one way or another. The location wasn't busy and there is absolutely no excuse for someone 'misplacing' my bottom bun. And I was hung up on when I asked to speak with the manager.
