Very disappointed with the service I received today, as I sat in the drive through waiting for staff to take orders as they no longer use the speaker box. 4 staff members stood in a huddle talking after about 5 minutes they opened the second drive thru line allowing people to go in front of customers who were already waiting. Whe. It became my turn the gentleman taking my order appeared annoyed that I had to move with the line as he took my order. I asked why the other customers were going ahead although they were behind in line he offered no response other than thats how it goes. A second young lady came over to offer input but also got annoyed when I had to move with the traffic of the drive through. They both were telling me how I had to sit and wait for another car that was behind to go first because the orders were completed in a order although I had been waiting longer. I asked to speak to a manager and was informed she would be at the window. Before I pulled around the gentleman begin talking to the customer behind me about how I was a crazy customer. when I got to the window the manager Noelle was bagging orders she came over to the window to assist me but brushed off my concerns bu saying she would meet with management staff and have the staff speak with the ones outside taking orders. The young lady working the window spilled my drinks as she attempted to hand them to me out the window one handed and the cups tipped over I asked the manager to come back and was dismissed again. Read moreCame here about 10:10 for breakfast. There was a big line. I ordered the #1 and #2 with both a large vanilla iced coffee and large hash brown for both. Then, I also asked for an extra 2 large hash browns and 2 4 Ct chicken minis. Upon my arrival to the window, they tried giving me 2 large sunjoy drinks which I was so confused about because I didn’t even order it. The window girl was nice and gave me a refund for it and took it back. I look in my bag as I’m pulling away from the window and I only had one regular sized hash brown with the rest of the order. I look at my receipt and I’m charged for everything a La carte so I didn’t get the little discount for the meals. And I only got charged for two regular hash browns but I literally ordered 4 large ones, and I ended up receiving only 1 regular sized one. I don’t know what happened because I literally repeated it twice and made them repeat it back to me when ordering. I went back around and the line was not busy at all. I told them about it and at this point it’s 10:38. They didn’t make it because it was lunch time. I get it if I come too late and they don’t make it, but it’s not like it was my fault they messed up the order. Like is it illegal to fry up some hash browns when they messed it up? Mistakes happen, but they could like try to fix it? I had 4 very hungry people to feed. They ended up giving me some large fries instead but I hate them. Good thing my family was okay with the fries. Read moreMy experiences at any and, usually, all Chick-fil-a restaurants are, for the most part, world class as we've all come to expect. However, my experience at this particular location wasn't as enjoyable as I'd hope. My experience wasn't THE absolute worst and probably wouldn't be indicative of what someone else may encounter upon their visit, BUT, hopefully this will serve as a learning lesson for those individuals at this location who need the coaching.
This particular location has a very small and strangely oriented curbside waiting area for customers with orders that may take a little longer than normal. I had an issue with the spot they wanted me to park in which warranted me to re-orient my vehicle to access the spot causing me to have to make a turn in the VERY small area. The manager of the location quite rudely and aggressively berated me in the middle of the busy parking lot for attempting my turn around maneuver necessary to park in their ridiculously placed parking spots. And when I attempted to inform him of what I was doing he dismissed me just as aggressively as he approached me. Not cool in the slightest.
Also, one of the representatives that took my order added items that were not requested which resulted in an inflated overall bill. Usually THIS wouldn't have been a major issue, however, after my unpleasant encounter with the manager at this location, I wasn't very happy about giving my business to this location. Next time?
