Where do I begin I went in a week prior to this visit and had the worse service ever the waitress got my whole order wrong then argued with me saying it was my fault ended up taking my food back and bringing me back another omelette which was still not right the manager came up and did not say one word saw that the waitress was arguing with me and saying that I was wrong and I finally just ended up literally having to take the food from her which I did not want but saying the situation that the manager wasn't going to do anything about it I figured that's all I was going to get. Ended up not being able to eat it made her take it back and make me another omelet and everything was just fine after that. Now this visit same situation same waitress same manager this time I tried to play it safe and order a bowl of potato soup me and my husband did same thing. She comes back with these really small bowls of potato soup honestly it look like the cup it was not the same amount that it used to be. She started arguing with me once again she went and got the manager after I told her to the manager came up started arguing with me and I asked her because my husband's Bowl wasn't even full it was halfway full I said so you're telling me that this is a bowl instead of a cup so she have them make him another Bowl of soup and that was it no apologies nothing we also got an order of fries and this was just as small as the technically bowl of soup. I am so fed up with the service that I receive whenever I go in there. I go in there with a smile on my face say Hi how are you doing and everything and God forbid this is how I get treated this isn't the first time at this location it's always a problem with somebody. And trust me if I had their names I would report them to corporate every time I go in there that will be my last time going to this location. Corporate really needs to take action over their employees especially their managers because no one deserves to be treated that way whenever they go in to spend their hard-earned money on food. Read moreWe have been staying at the motel next door, and I must say that nobody is perfect if anybody says they have not made the same mistakes they are lying. My review of IHOP is that although both times I have ordered it has been a very busy rush hour and I have ordered to go box is not sitting down to eat meals. And in those two times yes both my orders were wrong comma but upon going back to get them fixed I have greeted some of the friendliest people who immediately took care of the issue. To me it is not about getting everything right to me it is about the attitude of the staff and the acceptance of the criticism all with a smile on their faces. They are all very friendly there and I would recommend this IHOP to anyone! Also I have not experienced any type of food issues other than the order being a little off. The food has been absolutely wonderful not cold perfect temperature and Fresh Off The Grill, also after reading some of the other reviews I have to say, I would rather be at a very busy IHOP knowing that it's good enough that it keeps attracting people, rather than being somewhere where no one wants to go and there being a lot of open seats because it's dirty and the people there are not nice. Busy places are busy for a reason it's because they are doing good and they are running a restaurant in the right way. If you want to go somewhere that is still good and doesn't have many people you usually have to go and find a little hole-in-the-wall somewhere that no one else knows about. Read moreIf I could give this place a negative review I would. I have been coming here for years and I have NEVER experienced such an awful experience before. I ordered online because I have 3 kids and dining in is hectic for me. I got there on time per my app, everything was ready which I was happy about but little did I know it had been sitting there for awhile. There was fog sweat dripping onto the food it had been sitting there so long, the pancakes for my kids were soggy and so were the eggs. I specifically said gravy on the side for my chicken fried steak and they put it on the steak which of course made it soggy. Not to mention the steak was so tough I couldn't even eat it. I asked to speak to the "manager" who said her name was pam who when I brought all this to her attention she began spitting in my face yelling at me in front of other customers at that. Then when I told her I wanted my money back because I was not going to tolerate cold food or the disrespect WHEN I HAD JUST SPENT ALMOST $100 ON MY ORDER, she yelled at me and said "well I don't know what to tell you, I'm NOT re-making the food and your NOT getting your money back."
