So after making my complete order on my laptop and going to pay it told me I had nothing in my cart, yet the little red dot over the cart has a number 3, indicating that I had 3 items in my cart. After trying to get it to work and failing I moved to my mobile and re-did the entire thing. When I arrived at the restaurant the woman was sitting on a stool behind the counter, no line, no customers. She said hello and I said hello I have a pick up order, she said oh them 3 sandwiches, I haven't made them yet. Needles to say this was slightly upsetting as I had plans with my family and I was already late due to the website not working. Now I'm finding out I'm gonna be another fifteen minutes behind. Read moreSo I ordered on the app to do curbside pickup due to me having a sleeping 1yr old in my car. Order said it would b ready by 3:30. It has now been 15min since the time it said it b ready. Ive been sitting in my car for at least 20min now and so far only one person has gone in to get a sandwich. I c only 1 worker in thr but i don’t even know if she even made my sandwich at all. I tried calling twice but it would go to voicemail everytime. I am a pregnant mom and I just want my food. This location needs to do better. I didn't get names but one of them was a short Hispanic man(spoke perfect english) the other was a young lady of Arabic decent I think. Both represented this location with smiles and a bit of friendly banter. I would like to suggest that the ownership put a system in that allows tipping from credit or debit cards. I don't carry cash. I guarantee the tips they receive would increase their hourly pay by a dollar or two. That can be life changing to hourly employees.
