Donut Express — Restaurant in Fort Worth

I used to come by here early in the morning with my son before middle school band practice but then he moved on to HS on the opposite side of town. They were such a constant staple in our lives that I started getting donuts for all my coworkers (nurses, RTs, frontline hospital staff) every Sunday since the start of our pandemic in March 2020 to help our stress and their small business simultaneously and haven’t stopped yet. The owners are so welcoming and have my order ready to pick up before I get there and my coworkers LOVE everything they make. It’s so looked forward to by everyone on Sunday now, especially with our line of work being so unpredictable, to have a fresh donut to help end or get the day started for both shifts. And they are always giving away free donuts to go along with my large order each week. They are the absolute best on this side of FW!!!!...

I HAVE BEEN COMING TO THIS LITTLE PLACE FOR ABOUT 8 YEARS. THE SERVICE IS GENUINE. . NOT MANY PEOPLE ARE UP AT 4 O'CLOCK IN THE MORNING WITH A SMILE ON THEIR FACE. THE DONUTS ARE OVER THE TOP GOODNESS. I HAVE NOTICED THAT THE RECIPE FOR THE RASPBERRY FILLING HAS CHANGED. (I ALWAYS GET EXTRA FILLING ). I REALLLLLY LIKE THE OLD RECIPE BETTER. IT ACTUALLY HAD REAL RASPBERRIES THIS HAS TOO MUCH GELATIN. NO FLAVOR. HOWEVER ON THE OTHER HAND THOSE APPLE FRITTERS ARE AMAZING. AND BACON WRAPPED PIG IN A BLANKET. Everytime I come here they are always so nice and everyone greets you when you come in. This time I came in and got a frap and those come in glass bottles. Well I usually don't get a drink, but this time I did. Anyway, I was grabbing everything and saying 'have a nice day' at the same time and ended up dropping the coffee and it shatters all over the place. The employees were so amazing about it. They reassured that it was fine and gave me another one free of charge. On top of free donut holes. So thank you some much, employees of express donuts, you could have been angry at my ignorance, but instead you helped...
