Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Whittier

Ordered online waited thirty mins to go in to pick up, upon getting there I was advised my order would "be a few mins" several mins later as I sit at the counter I watch them begin to MAKE my ENTIRE ORDER they hadn't even started it before I came thirty mins after placing my order online. Fast forward ANOTHER thirty mins and I'm watching people come in place orders and leave with their food while I'm still waiting, I keep asking when my order will be ready and they keep telling me "just a few more Mins" ten mins later still don't have my food, they tell me they are just waiting on my cinnamon twists then I see them start to make them, almost an HOUR before I watched them make them with my pizzas apparently they gave part of my order to someone else, their only solution was to offer me a free two liter of soda, gee wiz a whole $1.49 cent item for wasting over an hour of my Friday night waiting for my food I had already paid for? No thank you, my time is worth a lot more than $1.49 I wish they would have called me after I placed my online order to let me know my order would take a RIDICULOUS amount of time to make and although there were like 13 people working they were not competent to fill an order and give me the option to get my money back and take my business elsewhere. I could have gone to Blaze pizza or ANY pizza place for that fact and gotten my order a hell of a lot faster and not waste my Friday night watching pizzas for other customers be made...

Wow! What a horrible experience ordering pizza from here. My wife and I order from dominos probably once a week, so I’m well aware of their deals. One of the deals I asked about when I called was the large 5 topping pizza For $10.99 for pickup. The employee told me over the phone the deal was not available. I thought that was weird, but oh well. They told me they had the large 3 topping Pizza for $8, so I ordered 3 large and added two more toppings at a $1 each to each pizza. That should run about $11 a pizza. I also ordered a 4th pizza cheese only. Mind you- this was for my daughters 4th bday party. When I got there I was charged $100. I repeat-$100!!! I asked the manager, Carlos, why it was so much and he told me no coupons were applied. I then noticed a big advertisement on the wall for the 5 topping pizza for $10.99 deal. I stated that I asked about this deal when I called and was told it wasn’t available. Carlos was completely rude to me, canceled my order, then denied me service. I had not said anything to make him mad but still he was completely shut off and unwilling to cancel the order and reapply the coupon even though this was clearly their mistake. I have never felt so disrespected by a restaurant in my life. What a joke this manager is and I will make It a point to tell friends and family to avoid him and...

We ordered pizza at 7pm tonight. We received a text message at 7:35pm saying the driver was on his way. At 8pm we called the store to find out what happened because the website said our order delivered and we had no pizzas delivered. The girl stated our order was still at the store. We asked to speak to a Supervisor or Manager and was put on hold for 10 minutes to hear them say "JUST HANG UP." Well, the GIRL who answered was RUDE and makes the store look unprofessional. Since they didn't want to help, we decided we would go to the store and get a response. As we were getting ready to leave our pizzas miraculously showed up. Due to our frustration, we we explained to the Driver, Larry that how the employees in the store were acting. Larry was patient and respectful. BTW, we called the store the second time and have been on hold for over 30 MINUTES.

TO THE OWNER OF THIS LOCATION.... I WANT TO HAVE THE EMPLOYEE THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE FIRED, AS WELL AS THE INDIVIDUAL WHO SAID TO HANG UP THE CALL. I WANT YOU TO GIVE LARRY A RAISE FOR HIS PROFESSIONALISM.

ALSO, I WILL BE FILING A COMPLAINT WITH DOMINOES FRANCHISOR.
