Starbucks — Restaurant in Whittier

I go to this Starbucks all the time because it's up the street from my house. But I give it a 2 star because the employees at this Starbucks aren't that friendly. When I get to the counter to order, 2-3 employees (that aren't counter order takers) look at me, but they don't greet me, smile at me, or say that someone will help me in a minute. Finally someone will come and help me but they don't seem super enthusiastic to help.

I go to other Starbucks and as soon as I open the door before I get in line, I'm welcomed. And before I know what I want, they are waiting for my order. This Starbucks is nothing like the others with their customer service.

I'd give it a 1, but I like how this Starbucks is open til 11pm whereas the other one near me is open only...

I typically come here when in town (I have the Starbucks app & like to order ahead & pop in) but, it want showing up on the app, so I did a drive through. The line was long, but tolerable. I go to order my two drinks & the Barista apologized for the wait, which I appreciated & when I went it was my turn to pick up my drinks, I was told the entire system was down & they couldn't receive any online orders, so people were getting cranky at them (as if it was their fault). They gave me one of my drinks on the house & sent me on my way.

Remember folks, when people work at a place, that's it. They just work there. They are not responsible for the infrastructure, so if things do awry, don't get cranky at the workers. It's not...

Updated again 8.28.2020: Ordered mobile pickup and my boyfriend brought my drink home. Took off the lid to see if my order was right only to discover my cup wasn't even full. Boyfriend swears he didn't drink any and I haven't touched it. Very disappointing. This Starbucks never gets my order right and now doesn't even fill the cup. No foam doesn't mean no drink.

Updated review: dropped my original rating to 3 stars. 5 visits in a row my order has been wrong. I always mobile order a chai latte warm with other simple modifications. All 5 times my order has still been hot enough to burn my tongue. So disappointed. I'm tempted to find a new Starbucks.
