My wife called the deli right away to let them know and the person on the phone said that the manager would call us back right away. Two days later, after not hearing back, my wife called again to complain and mention that no one called her back. Eventually the manager called, apologized, and promised to mail us a gift certificate to make up for the gross mistake. Several weeks later...crickets.
