I went to Mattress Firm with my fiancé and it was the first time either one of us has bought a mattress. That being said, I wasn’t sure exactly what I was looking for, except what size I wanted. I had no knowledge of brands or anything. We were helped by an associate named Peter Lee and he made it a great experience. It was simple and quick. He greeted us right when we entered the door and even walked us out at the end. He managed t break down our options for us, as he was very attentive and knowledgeable. Usually, I don’t like working with salespeople because I feel as if they have an agenda and they are just trying to make a sale on the most expensive item they own; however, I felt Peter was the opposite. He appeared genuinely concerned for us and respected our budget. He had a great disposition and sense of humor and that really helped make this experience so great. When we finally came to a decision, he explained the payment and financing details very concisely and specifically. I probably asked him the same questions a half a dozen times because, like I said, this was my first experience and I wanted to make sure I was understanding everything. He was very patient and understanding, and had no problem with all the questions I bombarded him with. Overall, this was a great experience—better than I had hoped even. I would like to just take this moment and this time to express my gratitude to John McCain he went above and beyond today for Our needs in a mattress. Some might beg to differ that a mattress isn’t that big of a deal but in my opinion when I lay my head down to sleep I expect to wake up and feel rejuvenated rested and most of all comfortable. Many might say what does it matter you don’t spend that much time in the bed but if you think about it when you buy a car you test drive it and feel for comfortable seats I happen to spend more time in my bed then on my couch or in my car combined. It was refreshing to come across a sales person who took the time to understand what we were looking for and needed also took the time to listen to what we wanted, never once did we feel pressured or overbearing opinions over our decision. Right now times are hard everyone’s watching every penny and for somebody to understand and help accommodate me during quite a large purchase was very commendable thank you again John McCain. At no point am I overlooking the rest of the staff there were two other gentlemen there when I first arrived who are more than willing to help me we talked for several minutes, I looked around and I went on my day when I returned later in the afternoon they all seem to recognize me I can’t remember their Names...

Went in not expecting to buy a mattress that day, but John the salesman was really great. He allowed us to take our time laying on the mattresses, he answered all our questions. He gave us some space to talk it over and lay on several mattresses. I mean we were there for like two hours debating and laying on mattresses, and we settled on a Tempur-Pedic mattress. Once we settled we applied for the equal payments 0% interest, and we were approved in minutes. We were good to go. We scheduled our delivery the following Monday but our delivery was delayed a week since they were having supply issues with the manufacturer. We didn’t mind the delay because they explained it to us and kept us informed and really that’s all we wanted was to feel informed. One of our pillows arrived with a stain and as soon as we called John he told us he would put in an order to replace no problem. This was a great experience all around. I would recommend this...
