Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Wichita Falls

I don't typically give a restaurant 1 star reviews even if I had a bad experience. However, for Buffalo Wild Wings' failure to take responsibility I will make an exception. Though I like the food there, after my experience I can't imagine I'd eat there again.

I ordered dinner through Buffalo Wild Wings' website and chose the option to have it delivered. Two hours later, I still hadn't received my food. I called the BWW I ordered from. The manager on the line said "oh yeah, we've had your food here for two hours and was wondering when someone would pick it up." I explained it was a delivery order, which they acknowledged. The employee explained that BWW has chosen to use DoorDash to process deliveries, and if DoorDash didn't pick up the order it wasn't BWW's problem. I explained I ordered our food through BWW's website, not DoorDash. If BWW chooses to use DoorDash then that's BWW's decision, not mine.

The manager was adamant that BWW was blameless, and if I wanted to come down and get my two hour old food I could do so. The manager went on to say that the only way BWW would give a discount or comp for the meal is if DoorDash paid BWW back for it. Eventually, the manager agreed to refund us but only if we canceled the order. Not wanting to eat two hour warmed over chicken, I agreed.

BWW's customer service was abysmal. If BWW as a company has decided to offer its customers delivery, and decided to use DoorDash to make those deliveries, then BWW has an obligation to make sure the food gets to the customer - or if it can't, to make it right. It's not the customer's responsibility to eat old soggy food (assuming the food arrives at all) because of BWW's business decisions.

BWW is a large corporation. I doubt they'll care I gave a 1 star review or whether I decide to eat there again. But if you choose to order from them, be aware I doubt they'll care whether you get your...

This Saturday we went to eat first got in there the host told us we would have to sit on the patio however, there was tons of open tables. We had a table of 10 sitting on the patio wasn't that big of a deal. We were seated ordered drinks drinks took forever to get I get it its busy. Then we ordered we are waiting there is a table of 30 airmen next to us. They walk out with our food give our order to two of the people at the other table. Figure out that we hear its ours they grab it from them and tried to give the plates that the other table touched to us. We rejected it Adreian the Manager proceeds to tell us that he will get this fixed and new food brough out. 2 min later we get our "New Plates" just to find out all they did was take it to the kitchen and swap plates. How I know this is the first plate had salt and vinegar dry rub on the fries and the second plate didn't but my wings still had some one them plus the food was cold. For a manager being okay at giving plates that came from another table to the correct one without any hesitation is sad. He just acted as if he didn't care...

Our waiter, Gabe was fantastic and attentive so this review is completeley separate from our experience with him. My son and I went on Saturday 3/22, I ordered the bacon hatch chili smash burger and there was no bacon. Gabe took it back to the kitchen and was told by the cook that the bacon was "smashed" into the patty and they were so full of it. There was absolutely no trace of bacon, no smell, no taste, nothing. The guy that brought mine and my son's food out was not gabe but I still asked him for a side of ranch, 10 minutes went by without the ranch until Gabe came to check on us and I told him about it. I wouldn't have really needed the ranch anyways because they only gave me 12 French fries. For $16 for a meal you would think the burger would be better and there would be plenty of fries but NO.
