Pho Viet — Restaurant in Wichita Falls

This was our first time to this restaurant. We stopped for dinner as we are headed to Dallas. We ordered two plates of the Rice Platter with prok chop, pork skewer, and grilled shrimp; the Bun Bo Xue (I believe), it's the spicy broth with vermicelli noodles, but I substituted mine with pho noodles, we also ordered the Meatball Pho, and the Vermicelli Noodle Bowl with pork skewer, grilled shrimp, and eggroll. The dishes were simply AMAZING! I am very picky and critique pho restaurants to the "T" and I must say, their customer service was amazing! They were friendly and fast, and not to mention how delicious their food is! This is a must stop place to eat if it's your first time, even if you are driving through! I am a California girl, born and raised, and after traveling up and down the west coast, as far northwest as Washington state, and lived in various states throughout the U.S. I have to say, if you are from California or have had that amazing pho from California, I promise you WILL NOT be disappointed with the food here! I really wanted to try their boba drink, but there was no menu and I was too hungry to ask for one or flavors 🤪 My family and I devoured our plates, and my kids are pretty picky when it comes to food, so that says a lot too! This will definitely be a stop for us in the future when we drive through...

I love coming here to eat. I get the same thing every time because I am a vegetarian, but also they make delicious food!!! I get the vegetable pho with no mushrooms (personal preference: I hate the way all mushrooms feel when I eat them). Their broth is so yummy and I like the way the tofu is fried and chopped up into edible sizes. The jalepenos add some spice, but I like it to have a different kind of kick so I usually add Sriracha. This has become my comfort place when I am not feeling well. Since moving to North Texas, I have had the flu and strep throat (a couple months apart) but both times my throat felt so much better when I would get that hot broth down. The only reason they don't get 5 stars is because the staff is really hit or miss. Sometimes I go there and get great service where they check on you, your food, etc. Other times I have gone there and not had my drink brought to me until I was halfway done with me meal - and I tried to get their attention (it wasn't me sitting there quietly hoping). Anyway the staff service isn't consistent. I still come because the food is definitely worth it! I recommend this place for vegetarians and meat...

My wife and I ordered two soups part of the way into my wife's soup she found a fly we called the cook over he was very kind and courteous and asked if she would like another bowl of soup then the waiter/cashier came to our table and asked if my wife wanted another bowl of soup or he would not charge us for the bowl that had the fly in it the cook promptly brought her another bowl of soup with many apologies and at the time of check out the waiter offered absolutely no apology nor any type of competition.we love the soup,we love coming here,we feel like it was not very business like from the...
