Mazzio’s Pizza & Wings — Restaurant in Wichita Falls

Just a fair warning, be sure to lower your standards and expectations before trying to dine in and enjoy the buffet. I usually come to enjoy the salad bar (they used to have the best in town!) But a lot of the toppings were out, or just not sanitary. A lot of the spoon handles were covered in food/dressings like they haven't been changed all day. When I arrived, it took a good five minutes for anyone to even acknowledge me. Finally the guy that passed the counter a few times stopped and rang me up at his convenience. Again no smile, greeting, or anything. When I requested a cup of marinara a little later, the girl I asked gave me a really blank stare with a hint of "are you seriously asking me to help you" attitude, she said absolutely nothing, turned and walked thru their swinging door in the back. She came back and told me she didn't know and I would have to ask someone else. Really???!! Leaving me to fend for myself, I found what looked like to be a supervisor (short blond hair) in the drive thru window cubby corner employee hangout area. Overall was a pretty awful visit. Don't expect to get waited on, good luck getting a refill on any drinks, and I wouldn't sit in the booth closest to the restrooms. That's where another guest decided to change their baby's diaper in the middle of the lobby where everyone was eating during my visit today. What astounded me was that both the boy and girl employees didn't say a word (maybe ask them to use the changing station in the bathroom?) And they didn't even think to consider wiping and sanitizing the booth after those customers left. So all in all, the quality of the pizza may be better if they actually have any out, but I would recommend going to Cici's Pizza for their better sanitation skills and way better...

-1 that 1 star for another hour wasted for absolutely nothing. Just to waste a customers time. So yea I'll take that 1 star back. So 4 bad experiences and finally I have had enough of this place. 2x I ordered on the website and paid. When I get there it wasn't even started apparently, and they were just going to keep blowing me off. I order a works pizza and wings (their promotional coupon) The email said 20 mins. And I showed up 24 mins later. I went in and the cashier said if I could just give them a few more minutes. No problem, I waited, and waited, and waited. Another 25 mins and 7/8 people came and left, with no issues obviously. I asked if I could just get my money back bc at this point I waited for the first 20 mins and now I've sat in the store for another 25 min. (By my calculations they've had time to have cooked it 2x) The manager did refund the money or void the transaction, but also said that he would just give me the order if I wanted to just 4 more mins. I thought, well whatever, I guess been here this freaking long. So I walked out to my car and smoked a cigarette and then 10 mins later went back inside. When I saw him I said ok I've been waiting for longer than 4 mins, any idea of its ready now? Of course he turns around and goes back into the back and obviously it wasn't. After another 7 mins or so they called another lady up who's pizza they had no problem getting out on time, and I had had enough of this BS. (That was about 7/8 people who's orders were made after mine that got theirs before me.) So, that's was the last time I'll ever waste my time with this ridiculous place. BTW, Thanks...

We have never had mazzios before and on a whim decided to try it we walked in a little after 8pm not knowing that the buffet was supposed to be closed. So right off the bat i notice the store is dirty and there are flies everywhere we proceed to order buffet again not knowing they stop doing it at 8. No one out of the 3 people it took to ring us up mention that the buffet is closed or about to close. So we pay our 30 dollars for 2 people and being our drinks to a table at this point i notice food all over the floor. We go to the buffet and start getting pizza and notice its all old and nasty and has been setting there for alot longer than it should. As soon as we sit down they come over and let us know that in 5 minutes they are breaking down the buffet. At this point we where already over it so we proceed to attempt to eat the pizza and its all just disgusting and old. This was the absolute worse experience ive ever had. Weve had better quality pizza at cicis. We most definitely will never be going back in my opinion they should...
