I have never left a bad review for a restaurant, but what I experienced on Saturday, calls for more than just a bad review honestly. To start, the service is less than mediocre. It took 10 minutes for us to get our waters. When we finally got our order taken, I ordered a pound of crawfish and a pound of snow crab. The snow crab was overcooked. My crawfish, on the other hand, was completely black/rotten on the inside, along with the other people in my party that ordered crawfish. We didnāt get checked on for the remainder of the meal. When the waitress finally comes back, I expressed my concerns, and showed her every single one of my crawfish was inedible, and that I would just like a refund. She was apologetic and nice. When she came back, she informed me the owner wouldnāt give me a refund since I waited so long to say something. I wouldāve happily said something sooner, if we wouldāve had a server that checked on us more than twice in the hour and a half we were there. The owner came over, there was a bit of a language barrier, but she kept pointing to somewhere on the menu that said āNo Refundsā. I showed her the rotten crawfish and asked if she would eat that, to which she just responded āNo refundsā. Instead of making a bigger deal, we knew we were not going to get anywhere with this woman. We paid for our inedible crawfish, that I would like to add is $14/lb, which is absolutely ridiculous, even for good crawfish. I will definitely...

The place looked clean and well kept. The problem was with training. We were the only customers in the restaurant. We were seated but after 5 minutes or so I had to go get the, out of view, waitress who was on her phone. We asked about what the letters ( PM) labeled beside each listing on the menu. She was unaware what it meant. We asked about getting only a half pound each wanting something different from each other and didnāt need a full pound. If we didnāt want to split something that was the same we would each have to order a full pound. They sat us under a TV. That would have been fine but they had rock playing loud coming from the kitchen which was extremely distracting. I needed some cocktail sauce and got up to get it. The waitress expressed if I need anything to just ask. After sitting down I ran out of water but kind of felt with us being the only ones in she should have noticed. She was very polite but just not watchful. All changes can easily be done. But looking at other reviews no one from the restaurant has ever responded. Obviously I think my review will fall...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreAt the time I came, they had been open for about two weeks. So I was expecting a good effort on service and the food. I was super excited to try out a new seafood restaurant in Wichita Falls. I walked in and stood for a few minutes without being greeted by anyone. Keep in mind, they were NOT busy at all when I came in. There were two people just standing there at the register. Eventually a waiter came and sat me at my table, but didn't take a drink order or anything. I waited like 7 minutes before somebody different came and took my drink order. Since I knew better, I placed my food order and drink order at the exact same time to lessen my wait time. My fries were good, but for that price they should double the amount of fries you get (potatoes aren't that expensive). Anyways, the crawfish tasted like it came from a cheap chinese buffet, the snow crab was just okay. The corn was awful, sausage was overcooked and terrible. Even my glass of tea had some oily-looking substance on top. It was overall a bad experience. I don't want them outta business, I want them to do better! We do not want you to fail. Please Crab Kingdom, act like you care about each and every customer. Cause if you don't, the Falls will stop...
