Not a great buying experience at all. First, I ordered a Bunk bed trundle set. They had most of the bed in stock so I took home what they had. Got home late in the evening to find out one of the bed rails out of four was missing. Okay weird but okay. I went back the store in a hurry and they had one available. Should have looked closer because I then found out that the hardware bag was missing after I got back home. Went back to the store now getting late and was given a bag wrapped in tape. Went to assemble the bed to find that there was four missing cross dowels. So being late as it was I went to lowe's and purchased more.
A week later I got a phone call, they said my trundle came in along with the dining table I ordered. Got there and it was the drawer set not the trundle. This is were they went wrong! The sales lady spoke aloud as soon as I walk in the front stating that she had made a mistake. She apologized and made the necessary corrections on their system. She then told me that I would owe an additional $58 dollars due to the price difference. I told them that I would not pay that since it was their mistake to begin with. This person also knew about the other two times I had to go to the store just to get the hardware and missing rail. She already knew that I have been inconvenienced twice already and had the nerve right after admitting fault to ask me to pay an additional $58.
Now let me say that the staff was always nice and softly spoken but this was the breaking point for me. I live out of town so driving back to the store front is a larger inconvenience for me than some. It took another two weeks before I had everything I had ordered. Hell I was getting bills for the financing before I had a complete bed set. That sales person should have never asked me to pay a difference on that bed. That is what makes good...

I live in Ohio and had been searching for a particular set of furniture that was sadly discontinued. With multiple calls and references, I contacted Sarah and her store had exactly what I wanted. Only problem was that her store was a 20 hour drive from my home. I was ready to travel from Ohio to Texas for this furniture but Sarah found my set in Iowa which was half the distance. Sarah went so far above and beyond the call of duty. I know that she most likely gave up her commission from this sale, which truly amazed me! Had a great experience with Adaimia, who was very patient and showed me everything I asked for. Then, as I always do, I went to other furniture stores in town to compare. I ended up right back at Furniture Row, and since Adaimia was busy with other customers, Claudia helped me this time. Again, a great experience. Both ladies were enthusiastic, knowledgable, no-pressure-at-all sales people who made it a very comfortable shopping experience. I have to wait until February to get my sofa (naturally, I would like the one that is back-ordered the best), but I found one that fits my body and is comfortable in all configurations.
